Vacation rentals in Schenevus

We stayed a long weekend at Wes’s place and loved it so much! Gorgeous house that’s extremely well appointed, Wes was so helpful with information about hiking and things to do in the area, and my kids enjoyed fires and yard games each evening. Would recommend to anyone.

This was our second stay at Dale and Bob's. We love it there. They are gracious and think of every detail. We will be back next year! We can't recommend this location highly enough.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Losee House during our annual sibling get together. The house works perfect for us, and it has always been in great shape, and very clean. Our entire group of ten love staying here. We have nothing but good things to say about the house and the communication with Sheri.

We really enjoyed our relaxing stay at this quaint little house in Cooperstown. It's an easy 10-12 min drive to hall of fame and Cooperstown village, while it maintains its "out in the country rural charm". Be ready for a short gravel road on arrival. :). And yet, it's close to not one, but TWO fun breweries for the nights you want to stay close. The stand outs of this place are by far the attentive hosts, and extra details like snacks, plenty of nice luxurious towels, and a well stocked kitchen. The home is older and maybe not as modern as some but it maintains its charm and cleanliness where it counts!! Wish we could've tried out the wood stove but they limit that to November and on. Woke up to deer outside our window and saw a flock of wild turkeys just up the road.

Our stay at the cabin was amazing! Perfect quiet secluded location. The fall leaves were in peak. The cabin was spacious, yet cozy. They provided everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Check-in/out was super easy. Highly recommend this cabin!!

Eagle River was gorgeous. Everything was super clean, and the river view was absolutely beautiful (especially first thing in the morning). The full kitchen was great, although we underutilized it (thre are a LOT of great restaurants in the area). Brent was super helpful and accomodating, and the complementary kayaks from his shop next door were so much fun! We loved exploring up river and down stream at the lake (lots of birdlife down stream). Cooperstown has lots to offer (besides the obvious baseball). We stopped by this year's Garlic Festival and checked out the local farmer's markets (lots of great stuff!), did the Fenimore Art Museum and Baseball HOF, rode the railbikes with Railroad Explorers and took a canal tour up in Herkimer. Rustic Ridge Winery was a favorite! We hope to stay again!

Gorgeous spot! Can't wait to be back with the rest of the family. Cozy cabin overlooking the lake. So peaceful! I already miss the mornings with coffee on the porch.
