Rustic loft and nature

This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

In der Pension Sacher - Apartments am Stephansplatz hat jedes der drei gemütlichen großen Zwei-Zimmer-Apartments eine persönliche Note. Wir können kein bestimmtes Apartment zusagen. Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Du urlaubst bei uns idyllisch am Waldesrand, unter der Burg Mödling gelegen, 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die historische Babenbergerstadt Mödling mit ihrem einmaligen mittelalterlichen Ambiente, Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants. Und wenn Du die Großstadt Wien besuchen willst, dann nimmst Du von Mödling aus den Zug nach Wien und stehst nach 30 Minuten vor dem Stephansdom in Wien im Stadtzentrum. Direkt von uns gibt es zahlreiche Wander- und Mountainbikerouten, und viel Kulturelles zu entdecken.
