Buses to the major ski areas of Parsenn, Jakobshorn and Rinerhorn are in front of the house and the main bars and restaurants can easily be reached by foot in a couple of minutes.

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
