Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Huisje Amelisweerd is a calm, stylish guest house ideally situated for a city trip, nature getaway, or both! At less than 4 km away, the stunning old city center of Utrecht is readily accessible. Lunetten train station is also conveniently located within 1.6 km. Nestled between the twin forests of Amelisweerd and Nieuw Wulven, it affords excellent opportunities for hiking, running, boating, or cycling through the vast network of trails and nature. The cottage is a renovated barn in the back, overlooking the meadows in the beautiful area of Schoonrewoerd. The 1 bedroom cottage is fully equiped , Kitchen, Bathroom and a 2nd toilet. It is 60 sq/m big and can host up to 4 people. Ideally 2 adults & 2 children, but 4 adults is possible (for a few days) but it might be a bit crowdy. You can enjoy your own private garden near the water, you will have easy and private access to the cottage via the right side of our farmhouse.

We offer a small but nice garden shed (26m2) where you can enjoy the tranquility in privacy. The cottage has all the comforts such as underfloor heating, 2 bicycles, private garden, and a delicious shower. And that in the wooded area. Cozy, comfortable, easily accessible &great WiFi Pets are welcome. We charge €15,- for additional cleaning work.

Spacious condo in residential area (6 guests)

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, both at 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.

B&B on the Kromme Rijn in the "outside of Utrecht".

The deck is a newly realized, detached and sustainable accommodation on the Kromme Rijn in Cothen, located in the province of Utrecht. Accommodation is located along the Kromme Rhine hiking trail and is a stay for up to 4 guests and is equipped with two separate bedrooms 1 and 2, with private bathroom with toilet. It has a common breakfast/kitchen area where you can stay well. Outside you can relax in the lounge set on the deck on the Kromme Rijn.

Koetshuis 't Bolletje is an attractive, detached residence on the open NSW estate De Bol in Redichem, part of the 17th-century walking park 't Rondeel. The residence contributes to the conservation and management of natural beauty, and is available as temporary accommodation for hikers and nature lovers. Guests can explore the open part of the estate. Basic amenities are available, in harmony with tranquility, history and natural surroundings.
