Super spacious house with high ceiling, upon entering you find the 4 piece room, on the right the exit to the carport, on the left a room with 2 beds, stairs for the second floor, a half bathroom and the second very spacious room with a king size bed a closet and a TV (which does not work) and a huge full bathroom, at the bottom of the living room on the right opens the dining area and connects to the very spacious kitchen also with the necessary users and appliances. There is an aceso in the patio with a laundry area and a green area with somewhat flooded grass. The second floor we were surprised that the heat accumulates too much, without exaggerating it looks like a sauna, there is a 3rd room. All bedrooms come with A/C.

My stay at this apartment was excellent. The location is very good, with easy access to everything we needed. The place was clean, well equipped and all the furniture was comfortable. Appliances such as the blender, refrigerator, air-conditioning and microwave were working perfectly. Augusto was a very kind and attentive host, always attentive to our needs and giving us great recommendations for places to eat. His treatment was very respectful and friendly at all times. I would definitely recommend this stay and stay here again. Thank you for everything!

A great find. We stayed only 1 night on our way from Merida to Oaxaca but would gladly spend more time in this apartment. The hosts were very communicative and the unit was quiet, comfortable and the pool and courtyard are a bonus. Highly recommended
