Really wonderful. You had everything you needed, it was super clean and someone was available for questions or any other time.

For us the accommodation was perfect, the villa is divided into two separate apartments, ideal for a Family and Friends holiday.

Luiza was an incredible host. I was unable to meet her due to coming a day late from work. She met with my family and made a great impression. Her home was beautiful. Definitely recommend this air bnb. Would love to come out during the summer to utilize the pool. Also, she was extremely helpful and super responsive. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We can’t wait to come back!!

The extensive property suited our group very well. We were a family of 6 adults and 6 children. The lovely pool , pool side kitchen and large surrounding garden gave us all plenty of space to enjoy time together. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to buy bread and other essentials in the small shop (open 7.30 - 14.00) but a car is essential for trips to supermarkets, restaurants, places of interest. The owner kindly offered to order us local cheese and olive oil. It was excellent, but expensive. One can also buy very good vegetables and eggs from the neighbours. We had friendly, helpful service everywhere we visited. Pula, Fazana and Rovinj are certainly worth a visit. We were fascinated by the variety of insects. Many butterflies , beetles and small scorpions. Great if you’re a mini beast fan! Just remember the mosquito repellent. All in all we had a wonderful time!

The villa is beautiful and big. Outside you can spend many nice hours together by the pool. Hosts were easy to reach and helpful. All in all great!

As a larger group, we were allowed to stay with Ivan for about two weeks and felt very comfortable. House, pool and outside area corresponded to the pictures, the view of Labin (especially in the evening) is magnificent. The house is quietly located. Idyllic beaches can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Ivan gave us tips on beaches, events and restaurants during our stay and even cooked for us once. We will be happy to come back.

Absolutely magnificent place to relax. Great and chill hosts, responding quickly to any request throughout our holidays. We will definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet and picturesque place. The hosts were extremely helpful and likeable – they even brought us fresh tomatoes from their garden in between. We received a bottle of wine to welcome us, which was a very nice touch. The house is modernly decorated, yet it has retained its historic charm. The garden was pleasantly shaded almost all day which was perfect for the hot days. We were there with 5 adults and one toddler and would be happy to come back.

Dalibor is a great guy, very polite and easy going. We liked the house a lot and we had everything we need. We recommend this to everyone!

Our stay in Petra´s house was perfect. The house is cozy and very practical. You can find there all kind of amenities what you need. Next to the house is great local restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We booked this house because of the pool, jacuzzi and great outdoors which we loved! The interior is a bit outdatet but very clean and in good condition. Would definitely book again. Thanks for having us!

We, 5 adults and 2 kids stayed there for 10 nights. The house is very well equipped and renovated , we got literally everything we needed: barbecue , glasses, cutlery, coffee machine, washing machine etc. It is big and clean and located at about 10 min walk from the beach. The area is nice and quiet. There are several restaurants in 5-10 min. walk. I would recommend it for a big company up to 8 people for comfortable stay.

We felt more than just comfortable there, owners were super friendly and very flexible. Always happy to stay again.

Simply fantastic house, we were 7, 4 adults and 3 boys, the guys slept on the sofa beds in the immense living room, we had the two double beds. Pool, hydro bathtub, porch with table. Everything is great. Coin-operated laundromat a few steps away. You can get around by car, but in a few minutes you can reach everything! The owner waited for us and let us see the whole house. Everything is perfect!

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Boba was an incredibly kind and accommodating host. She anticipated our every wish and was helpful in every situation. Everything was simply great. The location, the atmosphere, the sunsets and the sea! It was a wonderful, uncomplicated holiday. Thank you very much, dear Boba! ♥️

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. The villa is fantastic and in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded instantly to our communications. We haven’t visited Istria before and we loved the area. Will definitely be back.

The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. The house was also in good condition, the outdoor area looked very new. Someone came to clean the pool twice a week. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly as shown in the pictures. Thanks to Josipa and her husband for the nice welcome, the uncomplicated handling and thus for the great vacation :-)

Great holiday home, has everything you need and it’s really nice to stay there. Everything is clean and well-kept, and the location is peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The host is very friendly, responds quickly, and is easy to communicate with. We recommend it and will definitely come back!

This Property had the most amazing view of Motovun. The only things we would preface for anyone looking at the property: *If you have younger kids, be aware that the pool is right next to the pool house and home with no barriers. *If coming in the cooler months where you will need heat: There is no furnace or heat pump for the home, so you will be required to use a wood burning fireplace/stove. This wood burner heats the whole house efficiently, but it is something you will have to stock and service this yourself. *Be aware that you are right next to the woods and are basically in the country here, so you may have to look out for little critters Other than these couple items, our stay was pleasant and felt we got the most out of our stay in Istria.

It was a really nice, uncomplicated and relaxing stay. I'd come back anytime.
