The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. This cozy apartment with cooling air conditioning and a sauna is located near the campuses of the Central Hospital and the University of the University. Parking space. Check-in is hassle-free thanks to the key box. Beds for two in the bedroom are pre-made and the sofa bed gives an extra bed for a third.
