Apartment renovated in 2022 at the sheltered end of the former village school. Apartment with kitchen-living room, open bedroom and bathroom. A sleeping place for four. Double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room. The outdoor sauna is heated for an additional fee. The apartment is located in a quiet area, 8km from the center. The rest of the building is for the host's own use, with dogs and chickens strutting around on their side of the yard. In the yard there is room to stay and, for example, barbecue. It is also good for families with children.

To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. A cozy traditionel Finnish log cabin next to a peaceful little lake. The cabin is placed beautiful calming area in the middle of forests. The cottage has sleeping accommodations for four (a sleeping loft and a sofa bed). There is a charming small kitchen, a fireplace inside and campfire place on outside, composting dry toilet and a sauna (no normal bathroom). The hot tube is available with extra charge (50e). Smoking and pet free area. Children are wellcome. Warmly wellcome to our guest!

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Experience the true traditional Finnish lake cottage life. This log cottage was built in the 1800's with hand carved logs. It is located on a beautiful lake shore with fantastic views. Here you can enjoy nature and total silence and peace just a 10 min. car drive from Savonlinna centre. You have a good chance of spotting the endangered Saimaa ring seal, often swimming in front of the cottage. Both the cottage and the sauna are just a few meters from the lake shore. Tämä tilava rivitalo kaksio (65m2) sijaitsee Olavinlinnan kupeessa rauhallisessa naapurustossa aivan Saimaan rannan ääressä. Asunnossa on oma sisäänkäynti, parveke, sauna ja täysin varusteltu keittiö. Eteisen seinältä löytyy ilmalämpöpumppu takamaan miellyttävän lämpötilan kesät talvet. Asunto on koristeltu viherkasvein. Ilmainen pysäköinti myös kesällä! Huomioithan, että tämä asunto on myös kotini. Näin ollen suurin osa kaapeista on henkilökohtaisia tavaroitani varten.
