Mökistä löytyy myös sähkölämmitys, ilmalämpöpumppu, sekä puusauna vesisäiliöisellä kiukaalla ( erillinen käsisuihku ). Alueelta löytyy kaksi kompostoivaa WC:tä. Vesi tulee omasta kaivosta terassille.
