Excellent spot for a large group! Lots of cozy space for hanging out and all the amenities for cooking large meals. It’s quite remote so difficult to get to if you don’t have a car, but there’s small cute bakery for bread.

Florence offers a spacious yet cosy and homely place with everything you might want and need for a perfect stay in an amazing area, surrounded by green pastures and beautiful mountains. Great option!

We had a great stay at Gayles place for our group skiing holiday. The house was perfect for a stay with friends with children and the location was ideal just a few minutes walk from the gondola. The house had everything we needed and the welcome treats were a nice touch. We would definitly stay again - Thank you Gayle! 😊

Wonderful and comfortable house in a beautiful and peaceful surrounding, with an amazing host. Particularly recommended for families with kids. Location: Serene and beautiful surroundings, inside a private compound in the hills of Chambéry, while still being within walking distance from the center. Lots of privacy, with no direct views of any houses. Ideal for someone trying to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center. House and Amenities: Beautiful architect-designed house (just like in the pictures) with new and comfortable amenities. Very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need for cooking, washing, etc. Host: Brigitte was an amazing host, welcoming us on the first day and remaining extremely available and responsive to all questions and needs we had. She was sweet and caring, and genuinely concerned about our well-being and enjoyment of our vacation. Truly our home away from home. The most deserved 5-star review I've done in a while.

We had a great time at this villa! As a couple with two friends and our 3-year-old, we stayed 5 days from the end of December to the beginning of January. The accommodation is ideal for living together without getting in the way thanks to the good insulation and the location of the 4 bedrooms. Extremely well-equipped, it has everything you can look for: many appliances, beautiful bright living space with a magnificent view of Lake Annecy, and mountains visible from the roof windows. The decoration is neat, each room is well thought out and comfortable to stay in. Well located, 30 minutes from La Clusaz and remarkable sites like Montmin, the villa offers calm and serenity, perfect for relaxing. We did not try the pool in winter but hope to return to sunny days to fully enjoy it. In short, a superb address, comfortable and with breathtaking views, which we warmly recommend to everyone!

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

We spent 2 nights in the accommodation so we could meet with friends in the evening and ski during the day. The listing is in a very quiet hamlet with a great view. The place looked bigger in the photos but it was very well furnished. Maybe a clarification for people sleeping in the mezzanine: the main room does not have a shutter. Great for a quiet weekend.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Spacious house (with 13 of us, we didn't step on each other's toes). Well-equipped. Well-placed for the lake and mountain. In rainy weather the kids enjoyed the ping-pong and foosball.

House is very well equipped and well maintained inside and outside. Pool is lovely and outside seating area and BBQ very nice. Good location close to very good hyper market and host is very responsive.

A 5 min drive from Aix les bains and a 35 min drive from Annecy, this incredible house is the perfect combination of proximity to the bustling town centres, and peace and quiet of a holiday home. The house is very spacious with plenty of outdoors space and amenities for both adults and kids (swimming pool, tree house, barbecue, etc.). Would highly recommend for a group of 8-10 people.

We recommend this listing for a quiet vacation! This accommodation is very well equipped: swimming pool, jacuzzi, ping-pong table, foosball, pool buoy, board games, plancha, bbq etc. Communication with Pierre-Yves and Huguette was easy and they sent us several explanatory videos on: arrival, use of the accommodation's amenities... etc. Which was very much appreciated! The welcome (but also the departure) is very warm: breakfast and drinks for the first aperitif were waiting for us upon arrival. We also needed a 2nd baby bed, and Pierre-Yves and Huguette made sure to provide us with one. Thank you! We had to move our departure forward and our hosts kindly made themselves available to be present.

Thomas's house is amazing with a panoramic wahou view, ideal for a family weekend. The house is fully equipped, with many amenities that will appeal to both adults and children! Thomas is a great host , responsive, available and friendly. I recommend it in a second 😁

We had a fantastic family holiday with Paulina and Frédéric. Paulina gave fantastic recommendations of nice things to do in the region. We enjoyed it. The house is absolutely top for families with young children (toys, trampoline, playhouse,...), the house is very well equipped with air conditioning, automatic curtains,... Feedback We were here on a family vacation (with 2 children and grandma) and were totally thrilled! The house has a great location with a fantastic view of the lake, which can be reached in no time by car or bike. The furnishings are very tasteful and nothing is missing. Especially the kids were nonstop in the pool, which is a real highlight. And also the communication worked smoothly and Sylvie was super friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended!
