🥰🥰🥰The apartment has a perfect location, an ideal place, and a stunning view. The apartment itself is wonderful inside—clean and fully equipped with everything needed for living. The owner has provided absolutely every convenience imaginable, from drinking water to sunflower oil and even laundry detergent. Marisa herself is an amazing person—very caring, thoughtful, and attentive. This is the best option if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful place by the sea to relax in a clean, lovely, and harmonious atmosphere❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

As I’ve stayed in many different locations around Dubai, Emaar beachfront, boat harbour is my favourite place. I seem to feel at home every time I travel to that location. Hemlataa place is well equipped to meet anyone’s expectations the building itself has all the amenities needed for a great stay Hemlataa was very punctual,responsive and her staff were extremely helpful with checking as I arrived early it wasn’t a problem,the view from the balcony was great I’m looking forward to coming back. Thanks Hemlataa for the stay it was a great experience and I definitely recommend this place to anybody travelling to this location.

Outstanding stay with a fantastic host who ensured we had everything we needed! The location couldn't be better, and the apartment's excellent amenities made us feel right at home. The breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa were the perfect backdrop to our Dubai adventure.

Our host was most welcoming and friendly he was polite and professional at the same time. I would definitely recommend him!! and the stay was so ideal a perfect location will definitely come back again the views from the balcony was amazing!! Better in real life the picture didnt do it justice but qn accurate description!! Miss the room dearly!! Felt like home.

The apartment's location is awesome - JBR and Marina are both walking distance. The view from the apartment is also amazing, and the interiors are just as the pictures show - clean, tidy and useful. The apartment was great and clean. Everything was as described and even provided fresh towels snacks and water Nihal was a great host, super responsive at all times of day and very helpful. She replied instantly when we were having trouble parking on the first day and instantly helped us find a spot. She was always giving great recommendations about things to do in Dubai! Would definitely book with her again

Easy communication, flexible check in/out, assistance with luggage storage. Huge apartment with stunning marina views from all panoramic windows, side sea view from balcony and one bedroom. Fully equipped - TVs in every room, two coffee machines, juice press, etc. Beach is very close - just do not use Google maps route, use Google map and common sense. Highly recommended.
