Vacation rentals with beach access in Satilla River

Carla’s place was great! Short drive to downtown St. Simon’s for dinner and shopping and the pier. Condo was beautiful and had thoughtful and stocked basic amenities. Highly recommend!

Amazing condo. Right next to the Ritz, perfect for walking over for drinks. Spacious, great configuration and Fully stocked with appliances, games and extras. Plus super clean. Definitely makes you feel right at home. We will definitely be back. Patricia was very responsive and accommodating. Great host !

We were traveling throughout the Sea Islands region and stopped in St. Mary's to take the ferry to Cumberland Island. Don's place was an unexpected treat!! Reviews are all excellent and spot-on, but we didn't realize how beautiful his property would be and how important it was to have creature comforts after a long day hiking. Everything was awesome!

Loved this place! It was quiet, right on the water, clean, comfortable and felt like home for the weekend!!

Our family enjoyed our trip to Amelia Island. The villa is very serene and peaceful. Kirby was quick to respond to any questions. Beach is a short walk and the tennis villa courts are right outside the villa’s patio. This unit is not a part of the Omni Resort so there is no access to its amenities, however, the pool at the villa was nice to relax at without a crowd.

We have stayed in several Air B&B homes, and this one by far exceeded our expectations! The home was so inviting and comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed! I can’t wait to book with them again!

Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at This place was immaculate, roomy, fresh flowers, every amenity you could think of (we even inquired a lot of crockpot, they didn’t have one, but ordered one for us on Amazon, so it was there when we arrived) Both Trevor and Sandra were very responsive respectful of our privacy, etc. Could not recommend this place more, super close location to the beach, very quiet location. Fabulous stay! Spent a week with my family here and it was a wonderful experience all around. Just steps to the beach and newly renovated (and quiet) pool. Walking distance to all of the amenities on the property. We loved this property and will be back again. Thanks for everything Larry!

We loved staying here! Perfect location; walkable to both beach and restaurants. House also had everything you could want and the neighborhood is quiet! Definitely recommend.

We loved being able to walk out the door and be on the beach in less than 5 minutes. To get to the center of town was ~10 minute drive. We loved the location. We had a great (relaxing) time. Thanks to our hosts.

Tannis home is absolutely amazing! Extremely clean & loaded with everything you need to feel right at home. It was everything our family needed for a weekend getaway! The pool is beautiful and very clean with plenty of pool floats. We enjoyed the firepit as well. Did I mention how beautiful its decorated! Every room has a gorgeous light fixture and the beds are so comfy! The Pink Cabana will be my choice every time I visit Jacksonville. We give it a 💯!

Let me start with Madia was fantastic and very quick to respond. I would definitely visit this place again the condo was spacious and clean. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood and was close to many dining options. The condo is decorated wonderfully the beds are comfortable the linens are clean and comfortable. The living area was a great place for the family to come together and talk. I highly recommend this condo if you are visiting St Simmons.

We returned to Katie’s Lighthouse this year and loved it as much as we did on our first trip. The house sits right on the beach with perfect views of the ocean from the front deck. We loved walks on the beach and visits to the downtown area with great restaurants and shops. The house was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed, and our host was helpful and responsive. A wonderful visit!

It was new and spacious and lovely. Close to beach. (3 min walk accross main drag) It’s very nice would have loved to see TV’s in all the rooms. It only had one in the living room.

Our family had an amazing stay at Jennifer's home! There were 8 of us plus two small dogs, and we never felt crowded at all. The living room felt so open and roomy and had an expansive marsh view. The decor was very tasteful and not overcrowded, which I really appreciated. It felt like someone's actual home and not just a vacation rental staged to remind you that you're at the beach. The teens/ young adults enjoyed having their own space downstairs with a kitchenette to keep snacks and drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces - firepit on the marsh side and hammock tucked away in another part of the yard . The walk to the beach was very easy - a quick walk down to the end of the quiet street and then a trail through a wooded area down to East Beach which was gorgeous and uncrowded. This was maybe a 5 minute walk. We all really enjoyed the trail! My kids thought it seemed like a secret path through the forest. Overall, I would highly recommend Jennifer's home on SSI!

The house was great. A few items no longer work like the jets in the tub or the whole house sound system. However, the house was clean and wonderful to stay in. I would note we did not try to reach out about the tub or or the sound system because we were only staying for one night. We would say at the house again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip with another family. The two toddlers had a great time running around, and we didn’t have to worry because it was very kid friendly. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and the provided beach supplies were a great perk of the listing! It was awesome to have access to a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Kristi is a gem of a person and her place is so lovely! She has so many sweet little touches for you! That porch is heavenly and the location is primo with being able to walk a short distance to the beach on a hidden little trail. I love it all. I will be back I am sure.

We had a great time at a beautiful place for our very first rental! Lots to do just within the little community for different age ranges. Short distance to multiple things to do. Great host and would stay again!

Unit was clean, kitchen and bathrooms were updated and clean, beds/linens very nice. Location very convenient to the pool and tennis court.

We had a fantastic time at this condo. Laurel was a great host - we had no issues checking in or with any codes we were given for the front gate, beach gate, pool or beach. And she checked in with us multiple times to see if we needed anything. The condo is really clean and spacious and has a lot of extras like a laundry basket, hooks for beach towels, extra bath towels, games, and beach chairs. The outdoor pools are beautiful and the beach is stunning. We had a wonderful time and will stay there again next year.

Great location, right across from beach access, beautiful surroundings, miles of walking/ bike trails. The condo itself is a tiny bit dated but it was very clean. I would definitely stay again though. I had a couple of last minute issues on my part and Amelia Destinations were extremely helpful, and replied back almost immediately, even after hours. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. Thank you for making it a great last minute trip before school starts back!

The condo was as advertised. We were highly satisfied with the property and Chad was extremely responsive to all my messages, usually responding within 10 minutes. Would definitely return!
