My family and I stayed here for 8 nights, and I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, providing us with local information about Pisa and the surrounding area. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything needed during your stay. The location was a short, peaceful walk into the centre. We loved every minute of being there and didn't want to leave. We would definitely like to come back for a second stay.

This was probably the single best AirBnB we ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed. Eleonora was a perfect hostess. The location was ideal for us--it's just outside the old center of Florence, a 20 minute walk from the most touristed parts of the center, but as a result it was nice and quiet, and residential. The apartment is so well-decorated, elegant...and being so clean and lovely is not a given in Italy (we have much experience and this was by far the nicest in Italy we've ever stayed in). Brava, Eleonora!

This place is simply amazing and Simona is probably the best host you can find, she makes you feel like a family friend and not just a guest. She made quite q few recommendations (even after leaving her place) that really made a difference. The house, the restaurant, the staff, the surrounding area, the swimming pool, everything is like coming out of one of those films that makes you want to go to Tuscany, so authentic and aesthetic. All the details are carefully looked after and this place makes you feel exactly as you expect when you choose Tuscany. Thanks a lot Simona, we really enjoyed these days and we expect to come back in the future.

Susanna gave us an excellent welcome. The house surrounded by nature is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The large, fenced garden is perfect for four-legged friends who can play free and worry-free. The quiet area sheltered from traffic gives guests the right relaxation. The center is less than a 5-minute drive or can be reached on foot by taking a nice walk in the green of the Maremma. Amenities - such as supermarkets and clubs - are also less than 5 minutes away. Excellent.

I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. I can’t recommend this villa, and especially Simone, more highly

This place is an absolute gem! It was so breathtakingly beautiful, that we tried to delay our flights and stay longer! Every single family member was lovely! It truly did feel like home. We had a wonderful vacation and I would highly recommend this place. To really enjoy it, you should arrive by car, as it is surrounded by nature and somewhat secluded. However, this is a great advantage, because the surrounding landscape is beautiful and invites you to explore and enjoy. It offers a great contrast to the days when the nearby cities and tourist attractions are visited.

We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, along with the very sweet dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located above a hill of Balbano, thus ensuring a great silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still being renovated so it is a nice house, but with a few small fixes still missing. Overall a good experience.

We stayed with Andrea for a week during our honeymoon. We immediately felt at home. Everything was clean, the view from the garden stunningly beautiful and our two dogs also felt very comfortable. Andrea is super friendly and helpful. The house lacks nothing. We would go back anytime.
