Wow!!! We loved this place sooo much! An amazing place with the most perfect view, the owners were so nice and thoughtful! They let us to check out later and when we arrived they even welcomed us with a local drink. Really I can’t say even one bad thing about them! Thanks you guys we had the best time ever! 🙏🙏🙏

We returned to Andrea's place for the second time, it was just as peaceful and beautiful. Andrea is a responsive host, the house is comfortable for 10-12 people to stay, all was as described in the listing. I hope we will return soon!

Kristina is a wonderful hostess! We arrived at 12 am by car, we were met, shown where to park, showed the apartment, treated to cakes) There is parking near the house, the house itself is very beautiful. You can rent a bike, and the price is 2 times lower than in the city center. The lake is 10 minutes - 15 minutes walk. 5-10 minutes to several restaurants. So stop, you won't regret it!

We were a total of 5 people with a dog and it was all great and absolutely straightforward. Katalin was on site when we arrived and showed us around and explained everything, so we found everything right away and were able to relax well Thanks a bunch The place can definitely be recommended. We were allowed to spend a nice week in this unique accommodation and immediately felt very comfortable. The house is idyllically located on the edge of the forest, surrounded by nature, but still very well connected to the infrastructure and thus ideal starting point for hikes and exploring. A particularly beautiful view can be enjoyed from the terrace, which has been lovingly built on a hill and constantly invites you to enjoy peace and relaxation. The property is very comfortable, well equipped and offers everything to feel comfortable. We were welcomed warmly and provided with good tips for excursions and activities, communication went remarkably well and quickly, from minute 1 of booking. :) Paul and his mother are loving and committed hosts, always helpful and available. At this point, a big thank you to both for a nice relaxing time as well as the trust to have shared their idyllic treasure with us.

The location of Kenric's house is very intimate, only the birds go there and have a beautiful panoramic view of the witnessed mountains. On a terrace with a little Mediterranean vibe, it felt like time stopped! The building is lovely and has all the essentials. There is no fence, but it's also ideal with a dog due to the plot. We really enjoyed our time there! The neighborhood is an exciting place to hike. The peculiar flora typical of the countryside is really beautiful in the spring. ❤️🌱🌺

The place is a conversion of part of a Hungarian house. It has very thick walls. Inside there are two very large rooms each with a large bed, maybe king size, and a sofa that looks like it turns into another large bed, so should easily sleep 8 people. There is no living room, but each of the bedrooms is kind of like its own living room. There is no TV but there is fast Internet through WiFi. There is a large kitchen/diner with all the essential bits and pieces for cooking and a full sized gas cooker. There is a bathroom with shower and WC and a separate WC. Both are decorated with modern tiling. There is a garden. The owner lives in a house on the site. This is on the edge of a small town up in the hills overlooking the Balaton. You really need a car to get here and to explore the area. We didn't move anywhere on foot. The place is very quiet and relaxing and functional but it really it is a jumping off point to explore the area. I'm all we enjoyed our stay here.

In a beautiful environment, an authentic farmhouse with modern facilities, we spent very enjoyable days here with my family (5 adults, 1 infant, 1 dog). We will be back as soon as we can!😊

We had a great time in the wooden house and felt very comfortable. There is everything you need and the house is furnished with a lot of love for detail. In the garden/terrace, we particularly liked the grill and the fireplace with kettle very much. The surroundings are wonderful, the house is located directly on the edge of the forest, which we very much enjoyed.

It was perfect! We were there with our dogs and had a great time. Lia was super responsive and helpful - would 100% recommend!

We had the pleasure of spending 4 wonderful days in Andres Airbnb together with our family and are absolutely delighted! The pool and garden were simply exceptional - a real paradise where we spent many relaxing hours. The amenities of the house exceeded our expectations; there was everything you could ask for, and more. We really had our peace and could enjoy the time to the fullest. Andre was an excellent host, always kind and helpful. We can highly recommend this place and look forward to our next stay!

We spent an extended weekend here and were more than satisfied all around. The villa is even more impressive in real life and exudes so much homeliness that you don't want to leave at all. The garden is uniquely beautiful. If you are looking for an oasis with lots of birdsong, nature and a place to stay with a little something, this is the place to be. Our highlight: enjoy the sunset on the roof of the wine cellar every evening! We will be back.

It's always nice to come back to Emoke and Janos. The house is very good as is the living environment. It really has everything you need and Balatonederics is a very pleasant little village. It feels really good, that's why we're coming back.
