Hotel vacation rentals in S'Arenal

We loved the traditional house, grounds & pool. Our ensuite shower room was particularly large & well equipped. The short walk to the village square with bars & cafes & free car parking made this, for us, the perfect stay.

The accommodation is very well centered in Palma and close to the square with all buses. The accommodation is very clean (the cleaning is done 2 times a day) and the host is very friendly and will make all his recommendations for places to visit when you arrive!

Very nice reception, beautiful large space and a beautiful roof terrace full in the sun! Also within walking distance of city center. I'd recommend!

Small and almost private residence in the heart of the old town but with the amenities of the restaurant in the square a couple of minutes away. Breakfast was exceptional and roof terrace a bonus.

The place was furnished with all the essentials as described. The living and dining area is a bit small, but an absolutely fantastic huge terrace overlooking the entire environment, the sea and the mountains. An absolute dream. The area is totally peaceful and beautiful. If you want to enjoy the tranquility, this is the place to be! By car, places like Palma or Cala Ratjada are also easily accessible within 35-40 minutes!

We had a great time staying at Analía’s place. Her home was perfect for 2 couples - we especially loved having a 2 separate patios. She was very responsive and the location is great, you can walk just about anywhere in Palma.

We felt very comfortable, it was all very modern and identical to the pictures. The host and staff were very attentive and friendly. It was very clean. The breakfast was delicious, there was a sufficient selection, but the same every day. We would recommend the place with a clear conscience.

A paradise oasis! Could not recommend this place more. Antoni and his family are excellent hosts. The room was spacious, bed king sized and everything was lovely and clean. The breakfast selection is everything you could want, as was the dinner we had. Excellent value for money! The pool area is perfect and the grounds are covered in flowers and fruit trees, with lots of wildlife around the area. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return one day!

The house and the entire property have a rustic charm and were designed with a lot of love for detail. We were also very warmly welcomed and it was a very familiar togetherness...we felt right at home! It is the perfect place to spend a few relaxing days in quiet and fantastic surroundings. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed our stay very much, we can recommend the hotel to each person or couple who appreciate style, a personal but discrete atmosphere far away from mass tourism! We appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts and staff, as they fulfilled my wish for a room with a big bed and fortunately made the little miracle of finding me a flat pillow (which is so often a big problem in hotels as most of the bellysleepers will know...) My boyfriend loved the breakfast.

If you like it quiet and rural, this is a wonderful place to stay. And Juan is a nice and nice host. Everything is wonderful. 100% recommended!!!

Perfect place to enjoy vacation here

This place is incredible! Amazing accommodation, stunning views and easy to get to any part of the island. Maria and her team were extremely attentive and more than happy to help with anything required. Breakfast was served daily with an excellent selection of food including meats, cheeses and pastries. The pool was clean and tidy with great views overlooking the countryside. We would love to return so we hope to see you again soon!

A beautiful place to stay, totally quiet and idyllically located. A great mix of old and modern (super nice bathroom!). Breakfast is included. The hosts are very accommodating, with tips for the area. Communication straightforward :)

We enjoyed staying in Musa her apartment. We asked her to come earlier than expected and it was not a problem. The whole communication was great. Sometimes it was not so easy to find a parking slot but in the end we always had one. The house with three floors is amazing. It is so beautiful furnished with so many details. We loved it. Please have in mind that there is no AC and it can get very warm in Mallorca. There had been three fans and we did not had a problem with the heat. Our personal highlight was the 3rd floor - the rooftop. We spend very beautiful nights on it. I can highly recommend sleeping in this house and getting the chance to meet Musa - she is lovely! Thank you very much for the stay!

Great atmosphere of this place and great atmosphere of the owners until you want to come back!

A beautiful and tranquil place to stay in the heart of the Serra de Tramontana region. The room is well equipped with everything you could need, plenty of space to unpack and settle in. We bought food and drinks to cook for ourselves in the room when we wanted to and could store 2 weeks worth easily in the fridge and in cupboards. There is a lovely space to sit and relax for the day/evening on your own private balcony or other picturesque spaces to relax around the estate. The room interior design is stunning, modern and clean in style and we were able to make the place feel like home for 2 weeks. Breakfast is catered for by Rondaia and the choices are great- all local produce, Ana offered to get anything extra you would like if needed outside of what was already available. This wasn’t necessary for us as the fruit/yogurt/pastries were perfect. The honesty bar available 24hours meant you could have an ice cream/Beer/snack etc as an extra whenever you fancied which was a nice treat. The staff on the estate were all super friendly and helpful and efficient if we needed help, eg.whenever you wanted a change of pool towels or fresh sheets in the room they would do it on request. Overall we had an excellent stay for 2 weeks at Rondaia and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful Holiday to relax in a beautiful location with a great pool with close access to all the pretty villages/ports and coves in Mallorca, when you fancy a day out. We loved it and will be back again, thank you Ana for your hospitality, from start to finish you were in touch to make sure we were happy with our stay and were so accommodating to all of our needs.

It’s been an amazing place, the only thing I would change is that in room nr2, here we stayed, there was no wifi access, which was a pity. Anyway all of our experience has been great, close and private. Amazing place that you will regret if you don’t go.
