Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Sarasota County

Excellent, perfect location near the beach, restaurants, bars. Timothy always had a prompt response to everything that was asked. Really my family and I had another reservation, for Thursday 26, but it was one of the areas affected by the Hurricane Helene, we decided to look for another option we were close and they think this one was better, it even looks better than in the photos, 100% recommended. With the gulf cart we were able to move and get to know the whole area. We had never met Venice and we loved it, we will return for sure.

This rental was fantastic , a little walk to the beach, but that was okay. It felt like we were at home as everything we needed was there, including kayaks ,paddle boards lifejackets , chairs, snorkel equipment. I liked the electronic keypad door lock, having an early morning coffee on our own little quaint private patio, an outdoor shower and seeing the mansion across the street. The most interesting part of our stay was the time spent kayaking along the point of rocks, extending down the beach for a few miles and then being able to walk for several miles in the other direction along the siesta keys wide and white sands

Wonderful place to stay! Easy to get to restaurants, beaches, etc. The hosts were so helpful in their directions and the home was spotless. A lot of care went into making us feel welcomed. Will be back!

Eileen home was beautiful and even better than the pictures provided before booking! The outside area where the pool is was an experience! The pool was a nice temperature and the hot tub was hot and very relaxing! Eileen provided a plethora of snacks and drinks inside the home! On our arrival she left muffins with a very heartfelt printed note with my name on it! The bed was very comfortable and the tv had everything I needed as well for me and my partners entertainment. Eileen left is carrots as well to feed her beautiful horse out in the fields. Overall Eileen was an amazing host and I had a great experience! I would definitely book with her again and I recommend anyone looking for an outdoor nice cabin home to enjoy to book with Eileen!

Great space. Centrally located to access all of Sarasota’s fantastic beaches. Quiet and roomy spot with very nice separate apartment. Pool area exceptional for swimming and cooking out but also nicely enclosed with screened in pool/grill area and walled seating/movie space. Everything we needed from towels to cookware to beach accessories. Amy accessible and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

We book this house last minute to continue our vacation in Florida. This house is amazing. The backyard is very beautiful with a nice large yard and fence. Plenty of patio space and a jacuzzi. They provide beach chairs and towels. The beds were very comfortable. The shower has nice tile and faucets. We would definitely visit this place again. Thank you The Roberts family

If you are looking for an old cozy house located in a quiet neighborhood, on a walking distance to few restaurants, fresh Thursdays markets and weekend festivals and events in The Old Englewood, this is For You. Tami is a very responsible, communicative, proactive owner who answered our needs immediately and who was receptive of our suggestions for improving ventilation in the kitchen and bathroom and humidity in all house. We stayed one month in this great home, and with those small improvements done, definitely we will be back. Our cat and us we will miss our mornings walks and chats in your beautiful garden. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this home! The location was perfect.. quiet and tucked away, yet a short walk to the beach or to restaurants and shopping. We rented a golf cart and had a great time exploring the neighborhood. Communication couldn’t have been better with the hosts. Great living space and the outdoor area was the icing on the cake. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor shaded dining area. So beautiful! Hubby fished in the canal at night and caught a few! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Very happy with our stay . Everything listed is exactly how it says it is . Hosts were responsive and courteous. Tiki bar was great , guests leave their favorite liquor bottle -we left our Papas Pilar Rum . Overall great stay ! Highly recommended!

Had a great stay. Had everything I needed and my dog enjoyed the fenced in yard. Deborah was very friendly. House was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
