Very good location. Paulo helped us promptly in what we needed. It had everything in the apartment, facilities for a longer accommodation.

Second time staying at Denise's HQ, and I couldn't recommend anywhere else. The location is great, the atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, and Denise is extremely attentive to guests.

Great place for those looking for calm and privacy

My stay was very peaceful, the host S.r Gustavo always answered me promptly, from the entrance to the exit I felt at home. Extremely clean and comfortable environment. The building is very quiet, the spaces are pleasant. The only difficulty I had was leaving, although I loved the city, the tranquility of the neighborhood and its surroundings.

Simone is a love, totally available to guests. the house is fully equipped with everything one needs, nearby supermarket, not ifood or uber had a problem with the location.

The Studio of Thaís and Schmitt exceeded our expectations. Well spacious and complete, better than in the photos, with all the utensils and appliances to make our meals. Another positive point is the proximity of the train and supermarket, to do everything on foot. Security is also a plus. Schmitt always very helpful, giving several tips of places in the locality. Super indica, and whenever I return to the city I will reserve it again.

Lugar is wonderful!! Beautiful, spectacular view, bed and good shower! The only thing is that in the room it is very hot because the sun hits all afternoon and there is no air-conditioning(yet) suggestion to stay perfect is the air in the room.

Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.

Emerson was very attentive and the apartment is extremely well located and very cozy. There is private parking next to the building, which made our stay immensely easy. We were among 4 people, the sofa bed is very comfortable, better than many beds in some other locations. Super recommend and I will definitely return to the same airbnb if I'm passing through Porto Alegre again.

The place is very pleasant, clean, quiet and discreet. Very easy to get in and out, without complications, as it is a condominium. It has security and a parking lot very close by, which is open 24 hours, for a fair price. Close to everything I needed for that moment. I recommend the apartment and for sure, when I need accommodation again, I will look for this place. Pablo was very kind in sending the explanatory videos of how to get in and out, which was fundamental for me. I appreciate the empathy and kindness. I recommend the place.
