the 9-day estuary and everything rolled perfectly. Sandy responded quickly when we had any questions. We were left an excellent breakfast to begin with, as we arrived at the hour and dawn with the suoer closed, which is an important detail to highlight and value. O apé is something dark, the breadth of the kitchen is of the rooms contrasts a little with the living room that is small. is the only thing I would doubt about coming back...the rest of it all wonderful!.

Great value for money! The place is exactly like the pictures and is worth the price you are charged. Although it is not a large apartment, it has 2 bedrooms and a good living room, in addition to air conditioning, which is essential at this time of the year. The apartment was clean and in good condition. The best part is the location. In my opinion, the corner of the fort is the quietest to stay in Praia Grande, even at the end of the year. The apartment is a block and a half from the beach, with ice cream and restaurant on the same street, as well as a pharmacy and market (carrefour express) on the back street, which is the main avenue, with several restaurants, cafes, etc. You don't have to use the car for nothing! Finally, Nei was a great host, being totally available, answering us extremely quickly. It was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone

The apt of the host Paulo is exactly as described and as the pictures show. All very clean and organized to welcome guests, leaving us very comfortable and quiet for a wonderful stay. We really spend incredible days, the location is great, standing in the sand, with amenities like a tent and chairs set up for each apt every day and ice machine in the building, that is, facilities that really make a difference. Paulo responds promptly to all questions, gave us tips of places to go out at night and several others about the place to make our tour really enjoyable. We are very pleased with the hosting and attention of our host!

All excellent! Quick check inn, very polite and friendly host, responded to everything quickly. Great location, one block from 2 malls, Jardim Sul and Morumbi Town. Shops, cinemas, bars, restaurants, bakeries, all next to the apartment. Easy access to other neighborhoods, Burle Marx Park, Morumbi Park, Morumbi Stadium, all near the apartment. Clean, impeccable, air-conditioned location, everything perfect! I highly recommend it!

Rafael's apartment is very nice!! Best of all is the upstairs that has the Jacuzzi, barbecue and everything we need regarding the kitchen! Many restaurants nearby and many very good options in ifood too! I had a mishap with the general key and Rafael did his best to help me! I highly recommend it!!

From the beginning Camila was super helpful and kind. I was going on vacation, so he offered to arrive earlier, even though I didn't make it.
