The apartment is beautiful! Very tasteful decoration and has everything we need! The atmosphere of the pool, the bikes available for tour are excellent! Patacho's beach is beautiful too!

Our accommodation was super quiet and cozy, we felt at home. It offered the safety and comfort we sought for our baby, the private pool is sensational when the end of the day comes, as well as the barbecue for the preparation of its own barbecue.

Cozy environment, small but very good pool, good beds, air-conditioning works well, the shower is not as strong, but it served. It has useful utensils, the house was worth it, but we don't like the city so much because you don't have much choice to do.

Great stay. The Flat is very beautiful, well equipped, with good structure and close to the paradisiacal beach of Patacho (5 minutes walking). It is necessary to go by car because it is very isolated and shopping there is very difficult (minimum 15 minutes by car, markets run from 8 to 11:30 and after 14:00 to 18:00, pretty interior city style, and with few varieties). Missed Swimming Pool Towels that would have made a lot of difference (even as we came from far away and today it is almost prohibitive to carry a towel with the limitations of flights). I traveled with my 3-year-old son and despite having no playground, he enjoyed the pool a lot (actually has a playground nearby at the entrance to Patacho beach).

Wonderful, super compact and perfect apartment for a couple! super romantic. The condo is a cute with a cinema pool! A short walk to the beach along the street, but it's very close and now has a public structure with bathrooms and shower and even a playground right by the sea. super recommend!

Sr Democrito and his wife were super attentive, gentle and always willing to assist us. I and my family received a lot of education, we still had the help of dear Democrito in the problem that gave the battery of the car, he lent us the pacifier to charge to the battery. The place is very cozy and beautiful, the kitchen complete with all the utensils we need, every house very beautiful and organized. The location is perfect, give to walk to the beach, restaurants and groceries. Super recommend the stay, without a doubt I will return again and indicate the location! ❤️

Lícia was super attentive, indicating tours, restaurants, local supermarkets. The proposed accommodation was incredible, with chalets, which at the same time were separate and fully integrated, giving each couple privacy. The indication is to close all chalets to the family, or friends. Tatuamunha is an ecological route, beautiful, cozy, and still preserved. Although we had not gone by car, the homeowner Wellington helped us at all, and Josi made excellent tapiocas, and Moquecas. Porto das Pedras is gorgeous!!!!!

A great hosting option on Patacho. The apartment was super clean, organized and has all the utensils for a comfortable stay. The condominium pool is wonderful and the staff were very helpful. We'll definitely be back.

kennet was very kind when he attended us in person but it is difficult to communicate with him. we managed to get to the apartment thanks to a neighbor who knew him and could tell us the exact address. for the exit something similar happened to us, only temrine notifying where he left the keys because there was no fluid communication. if you do not have problems in your stay (like us) it is only a detail but if they were to need a quick communication with him it can be a problem. as for the apartment it is simple but nice and functional. it was very clean, well located, comfortable for 4 people. everything worked perfect!

We had a great stay. Local reached all our expectations, exactly the same as the photos, near the beach. Easy access, quiet. We'll definitely be back :)

My stay at Renata's apartment was sensational! It was all impeccable! 100% cleaning, all organized, smelling linens and towels and full kitchen. The apartment is cute, I felt at home. Gorgeous condominium, hot pool and the best one is that is the ladinho of Praia do Patacho, one of the most beautiful in my opinion, but you can get to know all the beaches, as it is one of the other's rope. Renata was super friendly, giving us several tips on where to go, guiding us how to get to the apartment and always responding to us quickly. I indicate the apartment with eyes closed and for sure when we come back we will be in it again.

It was amazing days. The place is great for couples and families. We were very well served by Fernando, who served us promptly, and also by the condominium team. It really felt like we were home The condominium is close to the beach, it is possible to walk. The location is great, we can walk through several beaches that are nearby. Alagoas is a State we love to know and the choice of place to spend the holidays could not have been better :)

We received all the information we needed... and it was still kind in sending a lot of tips about the place. It's well worth it!
