We had a great stay at Marcelo’s place. He is very friendly and responsive. I traveled with my baby and he was so kind to leave a bathtub for her. It was very thoughtful of him. His place is very clean and cozy just like the pictures. It’s super clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay at his place with my family again. Very nice. The house has all the utensils you need for cooking and a beautiful view. The wooden deck, where the barbecue is, is a delight. At night, you can see the stars there. In addition, the house is about 10 minutes from the city, which is a cute one. And Vanda is super receptive. You answered all our questions quickly and sympathetically. I recommend it!

Amazing location in the countryside of Catuçaba, very quiet and cozy district 30/40 minutes by car from the historic center of São Luiz de Paraitinga. The entire property of the Catuçaba Reserve is a delight, and the Gate House itself is a piece of primor, mixed comfort, rusticity and unparalleled nature. Very affordable hosts, excellent guest support, even feel-at-home hosting. Recommended, just go.

The apto is 2 blocks from the beach and also has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies basically next door. Access to the center is also easy, about 3km. And is also close to the highway on which you can access the beaches of the northern region. The space is big and the kitchen complete, it would come back again!

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.

Very good, Fábio is a sensational person, super attentive, only points was the sofa and wardrobe of the room that bothered, but nothing that hindered our stay, super comfortable apartment and close to the center, the condominium is very good
