Monthly Rentals in São Joaquim

The apartment is clean, comfortable and well located, close to great restaurants. Sandra was always very attentive and responded quickly to all messages. We had a lot of flexibility during the stay, which made all the difference. I recommend it!

Maurício and his mother were extremely cordial and welcomed us with great affection and respect. At all times they made themselves available and the site was impeccable. If we have another chance, we will certainly talk to Mauritius to return to the same environment.

We were warmly welcomed by Jaqueline and Lassie (the innkeeper; a sweetheart of a dog). Everything was clean, organized and ready to welcome us. The house is very cozy, comfortable beds, shower with good water pressure, kitchen equipped with what we need for everyday life, and there was even a wonderful honey available for consumption (produced by the family itself). The yard is very large and my dogs loved exploring it! We mentioned to Jaqueline that we would like to make roasted pine nuts on the wood stove; she showed up with a bowl full of pine nuts and her husband lit the stove for us. We were very happy and grateful! We loved the space and hope to return again and again.

João Vitor is the grandson of D. Sandra is the owner of the property. They were very helpful and quick to respond. The house is large and very comfortable, having everything we needed and more. We were greeted with delicious apples typical of the city that is the national capital of fruit. Nice people and a lovely home. I'll definitely be back for the next opportunity.
