Our trip was delayed and we arrived almost at midnight. Even so, D. Sandra was super understanding and sweet. The place is well located, the house is great, very clean, spacious and pleasant. It has everything you need to make meals. Even with snow and cold, we were not cold, because the house has heaters. Great show. He even welcomed us with delicious apples, which we enjoyed. A 10. I told Daniel that it was one of the best experiences we've had on Airbnb, the apartment is impeccable, the bedding and pillows smell new. Impeccable and well-stocked kitchen, the space is even bigger than in the photos, we felt at home and we could make risotto and drink a lot of wine. In the house there is a first aid kit that was very useful, heaters in the bedrooms and in the living room. The cleaning was spotless. The property is centrally located, close to the city square and church. When we return to São Joaquim we will certainly want to repeat and stay there, in addition to everything being impeccable, Daniel is very kind and always responded very quickly!
