The apartment has a privileged view, the facilities are in perfect condition. The condo is very safe. The pool is a dream, we went with a little girl who loved to jump into the pool, it has a very practical wet solarium for it. The apartment itself was impeccable, clean and with everything you need to feel at home. Going out and being two steps away from the beach is fantastic. There are bars and restaurants very close and the center for walking at night is beautiful, with access from the beach during the day. If not by street, it's a few blocks away but still very close. Vivian always responded very quickly. When we arrived, she had a bathroom hose with a leak, and within the hour there was someone to repair it. Excellent service. We recommend it!! 👏🏽👏🏽

The apartment is very comfortable, has one double bedroom and one with two single beds. The pool is big is very good, wonderful. It is located in the best part of Beira Mar de Fortaleza. It is very good to walk on Beira Mar at night, I recommend.

Top. Cool Host, home to the higher standard than the neighborhood in general. Place well located, food court near. Condominium pool is clean. My son loved sleeping on the hammock he left for us in the room.

The house was perfect for what we programmed. Communication with Tânia was excellent and Gedeon welcomed us very well and whenever we requested some information, we were promptly taken care of. We were also awarded a gift (chocolate box) offered by the hostess. Everything was great.

We stayed at Carlos' accommodation for two weeks. The location is in the immediate vicinity of the lagoon, somewhat remote but pleasantly quiet. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and we liked it very much. Very helpful contact, also on site. Many thanks !

The stay at home was exactly the experience you were looking for. We had a power outage on the first day, which lasted from 18:30 to 09:00 on the other day, Alessandra did everything possible to resolve the situation and compensated us by extending our stay at the house. They were wonderful days, the house is away from the center of Paracuru, about 20 minutes, the center is quite complete, the square is very busy. We take great advantage of the river and the kayak, we have a large dog that has taken advantage of the space of the house, although some dogs from the neighborhood enter the grounds, as they pass through the barbed wire fence. The house has a very complete kitchen, would add only an air fryer and a blender. The crockery and pots are impeccable, the stove is excellent. In addition the barbecue area is very good, it counts a wood burning stove that was a new experience for us. The rooms are super comfortable, with new sheets and towels. The bathrooms are great, the bathtub is perfect.

My lodging in this apê was wonderful. In addition to the place being amazing, very close to the center and the beach, the staff of the hotel always helpful and clean and comfortable, the service of the host Marcelo was very good. It's definitely a place that would come back and I'll come back more often.

Excellent stay, very cozy apartment, beautiful decor, wonderful beds, which makes it even difficult to leave the house, it's so cozy. We got a rainy week and it was great, I binged on TV series and movies, getting very comfortable. The pool is great, my son had a lot of fun, on Saturday there is recreation for the children, the Center is close, we even went by municipal collective "bora de graça" to the beach. It was almost ten days of a lot of enjoyment, a well-deserved vacation and feeling at home, only by the sea... my family and I were very satisfied and grateful... Pepe and Nildes did a great job on this apartment..
