The apartment is very comfortable, has one double bedroom and one with two single beds. The pool is big is very good, wonderful. It is located in the best part of Beira Mar de Fortaleza. It is very good to walk on Beira Mar at night, I recommend.

Great option for family stay. Quiet location, well located, spacious, pretty cool pool, all great. The only observation was the amount of pernilongos, while keeping the house closed with air conditioning and poison we had difficulty sleeping at night.

The house was perfect for what we programmed. Communication with Tânia was excellent and Gedeon welcomed us very well and whenever we requested some information, we were promptly taken care of. We were also awarded a gift (chocolate box) offered by the hostess. Everything was great.

The stay at home was exactly the experience you were looking for. We had a power outage on the first day, which lasted from 18:30 to 09:00 on the other day, Alessandra did everything possible to resolve the situation and compensated us by extending our stay at the house. They were wonderful days, the house is away from the center of Paracuru, about 20 minutes, the center is quite complete, the square is very busy. We take great advantage of the river and the kayak, we have a large dog that has taken advantage of the space of the house, although some dogs from the neighborhood enter the grounds, as they pass through the barbed wire fence. The house has a very complete kitchen, would add only an air fryer and a blender. The crockery and pots are impeccable, the stove is excellent. In addition the barbecue area is very good, it counts a wood burning stove that was a new experience for us. The rooms are super comfortable, with new sheets and towels. The bathrooms are great, the bathtub is perfect.

Sensational place, foot in the sand (wonderful beach) extremely clean, everything exactly as in the pictures, close to the center, (restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacies, etc.) we did everything on foot, without worry. I stayed in the same condominium in other APs, but the welcome of D. Tereza in its AP had a differential for the organization, cleaning, quality but with emphasis on the environment, the family atmosphere and the feeling of being at home in its minimal details, household utensils, linens, foils, accommodations, etc. It was sensational !! Excellent villa, very cozy apartment, beautiful decoration, wonderful beds, which is even difficult to get out of the house so cosy. We took a rainy week and it was the last, marathoned series and movies, getting very comfortable. The swimming pool is top, my son had a lot of fun, on Saturday there is recreation for the children, the Centre is close, we even went to the municipal collective "bora de grace" to the beach.
