Excellent space, with complete infrastructure, all desirable utensils and very good taste. Privileged location and easy to get to. It is located in the middle of the beach of Piratininga, height of the delirium kiosk, a space aimed at those who enjoy rock in roll, as in my case, our host, Bruno, was extremely kind and polite. I would definitely be staying again.

Being resident in Brazil, I have been several times to Rio, but this place has greatly exceeded our expectations. Charming, warm, full of positive energy just consistently vintage as described. It inspires us to stay in the house and chat or read a book. Everything was clean, functional and well prepared to make the guests welcomed , including coffee:). Great house! We had support from the anti-apreses throughout the stay and you were going to clean the pool every day, very friendly. We like the house very much, especially the space. We are already programming around us!

The apartment is great, very spacious environment compared to other Copa Airbnbs, very well planned, excellent location, very considerate and available host. Great cost benefit. Has become my favorite in the area, I will definitely come back other times.

Beautiful and cozy apartment, attention was paid to every detail. Everything was very clean and organized, despite being small it is a very, very comfortable place. My kids were scared by the armchair bed, and yet it turned out to be no problem. The kitchen is a luxury, everything is spotless, we were very happy. The area is very good, quiet, with a subway nearby, taxis and even walking within walking distance you can reach several tourist attractions. I'd be happy to come back! Juliana is very attentive and friendly.

The stay at Manu's apartment was great. The apartment is comfy and very well located. There is a huge variety of restaurants and bars around and the subway is practically right there, so mobility is very good too. Flexible check-in was an important differential and I will certainly consider returning to the apartment on my next visits to Rio :)

Great accommodation, I felt at home, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, were provided towels, pillows and sheets, mega cozy spaces. The hosts were very requested in everything, including in relation to check-in, which was ultimately super easy, as was the checkout About location, in the same block there are markets, gas station and pharmacy. A few minutes walk away, there is a mall, quadra, ferry, extra market and several amazing niteroi museums.

Fábio is a 10, always ready, fun, makes everything easy inside the condominium, very proactive. The apartment is just right, I liked it! Very good condominium! Great pleasure area, with easy parking for the car. Condominium and very safe area, with everything close by. I highly recommend it

Walter is an excellent host, received us super well, large apartment, smelling and clean bedding, soaps in all the bathrooms, until water in the refrigerator had, flexible checkout, which made our return much easier, finally our stay was great!!!!

We felt very safe throughout our stay. The neighborhood is calm and secure—there was even a police officer on the corner—and the building has 24-hour security, which gave us great peace of mind. The location is excellent: just two blocks from the beach, and surrounded by lovely breakfast spots and clothing stores. We were a large group of 7, and the apartment was perfect. One thing we really appreciated was that even if some of us were in the living room, you couldn’t hear the noise from the bedrooms thanks to the good window insulation. The apartment was very well equipped: there were beach paddles, cotton pads for makeup removal, clean and comfortable sheets, fresh towels, and even a water filter. It truly exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort for a large group. Highly recommended!

The apartment is otimooo!! Super clean and very complete, with everything we need, Dona Nira served us super well, great hostess, we felt at home!!! Not to mention the common area of the condominium, with sports court, playground, bowling, gym , not to mention the pool, amazing, a real resort pool, All perfect!😍
