Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Santo Stefano di Magra

We stayed one night but we wish we had stayed longer. The kitchen is amazing, fully equipped and with a pizza oven. Cinzia was really helpful!

Fantastic stay at Georgia’s place. So conveniently close to the train station! It was really easy to go to Cinque Terre and then have a nice stroll /drink and dinner in the many restaurants just at the door stop. The apartment was nice and spacious, felt straight at home. We were grateful for the little welcome gifts which were particularly useful when arriving tired with a baby ! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and having the extra salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, washing machine detergent, etc feels basic but not available in many other airbnbs - so great to have it and much appreciated it! Georgia was great at checking in and making sure we had everything we needed - in particular when we were impacted by a local strike and trying to rearrange our trip. Great stay, totally recommend ! Carolina’s place is amazing!! We stayed for 3 nights and had the best time. A short uphill walk from the train station and views that take your breath away. It has all the amenities you could need and the terrace is beautiful to sit out on. Carolina sent really clear instructions for getting to the property and the property was clean on arrival. There are quite a few steps but this didn’t put us off and we would definitely stay here again if we were in Cinque Terre again

We loved staying at Elisa’s place - so lovingly restored and a truly special place. Beautiful setting and we loved hanging out in the garden on the sun loungers in the peaceful surroundings. Being able to say hello to their dogs and having their sweet cats in the garden made it feel like home to us. Easy parking nearby. Thank you so much!

Beautiful view and it was our favorite place during our trip to Italy. Luca was amazing and helped us by meeting us when we arrived and brought our luggage up to apartment. Beverages and snacks/fruit were left by Luca. It is set up on a hill but the view was worth it. The walk down to town and to the train was about 10 minutes with taxis right by train station if needed. Would definitely stay again!

Sabrina and Fabio are wonderful hosts. The apartment is very clean with comfortable bed and sofa bed. Location is perfect next to the beautiful Mansi palace — worth visiting. Sabrina recommends some restaurants and they are great. Thanks for a nice stay.

Was a great place to stay and relax after 3 hectic weeks of travelling around the UK and Naples and Sorrento. Close to the beach and supermarket. Lovely quiet area and flat for walking around. Bus stop also close by for Pisa.

This rustic cottage in Ponzo is super cute and in a peaceful, quiet location. Great location for access to Cinque Terre via La Spezia. We were arriving from Florence and our GPS struggled to keep up with directions while going through the series of tunnels around La Spezia and kept sending us in loops, so it pays to have your route to the home mapped out before arrival. We found good morning coffee at a cafe about 6 minutes drive away. Elisa is a thoughtful and generous host and has prepared the home with a well-stocked kitchen full of the essentials. There is also a helpful welcome folder full of great recommendations. We were four adults travelling together and so needed to use the loft. The ladder is quite high and I wouldn’t recommend going up to that area for a bigger person. Ponzo is a very sleepy village so if you want a quiet location and a cosy, homely environment in a pretty garden this place is for you. Thanks Elisa for hosting us :)

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

We will be back! The house is really a fantastic place to stay! It was even nicer in real life than the pictures. The pool was definitely the highlight and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and had all that we needed. The fantastic view was particularly impressive. Also, we got great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back!

Wow, wow, wow! We totally enjoyed our stay at Eleonara‘s house! We arrived and her son explained everything to us and showed as the whole apartment. You‘ll find everything there for your daily needs. It’s absolutely the same as on the photos and we also were able to use the washing machine as well as the dryer. I loved the backyard the most - it’s so beautiful and decorated with an attention for details! Just in case someone cares: The street is next to the house why it could get a little bit louder, especially during the rush hours But we didn’t care about that little fact and the longer we stayed, the less we recognized it. Eleonora and her family are so kind, friendly and lovely people! Thank you so much for everything and our great stay! Absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with Michele and he is easily one of the best hosts we have ever had. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. He is extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is super charming and well-located for excursions into the Cinque Terre and the other towns and ports in the area. We can’t recommend this place strongly enough. Thank you, Michele, for an amazing stay!

Our family of four (two adults, two teenagers) stayed at Pietro’s place for three nights and had a lovely time. The location is excellent, perhaps the best in all of Cinque Terre. Easy train access, close to the beach and restaurants. The WiFi (for the teenagers) was good, and we enjoyed having morning coffee and evening wine in the lovely courtyard. Washer and dryer were a plus. AC in each bedroom meant we could be as warm or cold as we each wanted. We had no issues with our stay and would choose this place again!

We had a great 3 nights, our arrival was late and Sabrina and her husband were very welcoming. The apartment is just perfect, they have lots of attention. And amazing life on the sea.... I'll be back ♥️

Great stay!! Perfect view, perfect location, great host!

Loved our stay here! Great host who communicated well. We were able to check in early which made our trip run so much better and basically gave us an extra day to explore as we didn’t have to worry about luggage storage. Lots of steps to the apartment which we didn’t mind as we love exercise however , if you aren’t fit you may find it hard! Was very quiet and peaceful until a group of noisy guests upstairs arrived towards our last day but that can’t be helped. Kitchen essentials such as oil, salt pepper etc saved us expenses and I always appreciate this when travelling. Had a lovely dinner on the terrace after our full day hike, highly recommend if you like to cook just staying home one evening. Very cosy. Bring the bug spray as the mosquitoes seemed to like the apartment as much as us (possibly due to the wet/warm weather meant it got a bit damp and probably inviting for them! ). Best start to our trip we felt at home and stress free thankyou.

Matteo E Oriana’s place was absolutely stunning! The view was breathtaking. She was very accommodating to our need to check in early. It is important not to underestimate the stairs, this may be a problem if you are elderly or have a physical impairment. We had a little miscommunication due to the language barrier but Oriana is so lovely and nice to deal with. Thank you for the stay.

Everything was perfect! Everything was prepared for our two little kids. Thank you so much! Only the fact that we couldn‘t enter the door with our twin stroller was a bit annoying as it was a smaller door than expected. But no one‘s fault. We loved the flat! Again thank you very much! We love to come back with a smaller stroller! :)

Beautiful location, sea views and a five-minute walk away. Exceptional comfort for Liguria is to have private parking! The house is very welcoming and spacious and Diego was a helpful and kind host. Recommended!

we had a great short 2 day break in Elenas place. the accommodation is more beautiful in real life and perfectly located for walking distance to everything, Including the train. it more than comfortable for two couples. we were disappointed to only be there for 2 days. thank you for the wonderful stay whilst exploring beautiful Lucca.
