We had a great time. Tim's house is in a great location for discovering this area. The house is spacious, very pleasant with its large very bright living room and this accommodation is very clean. The garden is beautiful, well maintained and offers a magical view of the environment. Tim and his mother are quiet. Tim is always available, smiling, really attentive to his tenants and good advice We're holding this property. Thanks so much to Tim.

Our group of friends (9 people) spent a week at this beautiful house. The house more than exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, superbly equipped and offers plenty of space. Our highlight was the pool, which is very large and clean. Rolf and Livia are very likable and available at any time. We would always come back!

We hade a nice stay, the is house fully equipped and the location in the middle of the forest is very beautiful.

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great week, in absolute tranquility with breathtaking views. The place is very nice - there is everything you need. The garden is beautifully landscaped and offers seating. The pool is clean and maintained. Unfortunately, we could only use it 2x due to the weather. The view from the pool area is fantastic, unwind and enjoy. There are good restaurants nearby, a recommendation was in the apartment. The distance to the sea/towns is good despite the quiet location.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable and spacious. Too bad we didn't have time to take advantage of the terrace and garden! The parking spot inside the courtyard is priceless. The neighbors are a little noisy, or maybe the thin walls, but apart from some strange noise at night, they didn't bother us. There is no wi-fi, my son would have appreciated it, but it is clearly indicated in the description that it is not available, so absolutely no problem!

Beautiful and quiet house! The cat was a great companion and each room was impeccable. Some dead but normal bugs being in the countryside. we had a great time in a world, so much so much as to break a lamp, but Miriam was very nice and didn't ask for money for the repair.

We were (2 pairs of adults) from April 24 to 27 guests of Anna Maria. Very nice house, as described, in the countryside near Felino. It is located on a small hill surrounded by greenery. It's close to Felino but you always need to take the car to get around. Nearby there are various supermarkets and excellent restaurants (I recommend the Culatelleria in Sanguinaro) Excellent as a starting point to visit the surroundings (we saw Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Torrechiara Castle). It was a nice stay. Host available and friendly.

The place is in a quiet neighborhood and has a shop with local products that I recommend! The house is very spacious and clean, inside there is everything you need to feel at home! The hosts were very kind and helpful! We'll definitely be back!

This is paradise. Beautiful house with a great view overlooking rolling hills. The location is so peaceful yet there are also lots of walks throughout the area and great food and bars in the nearby towns. The host is fantastic in making you feel welcome and suggesting nearby spots for you to visit, which only locals would know about. Staying here is a fantastic way to unwind and relax.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay in Vernazza! The home is very traditional and unique, with spectacular views of the Vernazza harbor and fort. Yes, there are a lot of stairs up to the house, but that’s to be expected in Vernazza. Also, the stairs are so worth it once you see the home and the view. Our hosts were very helpful. Ivan met us at the airport and guided us to the home, carrying a couple of our bags. He also gave helpful recommendations for restaurants and a local grocery. We highly recommend staying here!

we loved our stay at Claudio's wonderful place. So beautiful, so pristine, a beautiful environment, a real paradise and very comfortable. We could rest and enjoy the beautiful walk straight from the house. Walk towards Mulazzo and find the riverside... so beautiful

We stayed in this beautiful village for only one day but we will definitely be back. The house is located in a really beautiful place. The house is super clean,with lots of good things to have breakfast and drink. We really appreciated it. Large and beautiful accommodation in Camporgiano, a small village in Garfagnana. Great value for money and perfect location for different walks or hikes on the Apuan Alps. Large, well-organized accommodation and the garden is a treat for having breakfast in the morning with the sun.

Beautiful little corner of paradise 25 minutes from La Spezia where it is very easy to take the boat or train to reach the 5 Terres. Very well-equipped accommodation, quiet and surrounded by greenery, ideal for resting in peace after the tourist flow of the 5 lands. Elisa is a very active and very kind host! I highly recommend! The view was amazing, and the location couldn’t have been better. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to relax and unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway!

Our stay in Piazza al Serchio in Andrea's place was wonderful, we felt very comfortable. Andrea was very flexible with check-in and always responded very quickly to messages. The place is large, the kitchen is well equipped and the view from the balcony is really beautiful. Unfortunately, no Wi-Fi was available during our visit, but that was no problem for us. Thanks for the wonderful vacation! ☀️

Wonderful place, clean pool and hot tub ready for use, wood, fire starter everything was, there is a washer, dryer and all the necessary things to feel at home. Highly recommend

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

The house is as shown in the photos. It's not missing any details. It is surrounded by nature, ideal if you like to enjoy that type of tourism. It is a bit far from the typical places to visit and there is no supermarket in the village; so, before you arrive, if you need to buy food, the ideal is to buy it first. Otherwise, as for the house itself and Claudio's attention, great

Francesca was a welcoming and responsive host. The house is majestic and the setting exceptional, time seems to stand still. The bedding is excellent and we found a very clean house. You will need a car to get around, the nearest beach is Levanto, which is a 30-minute drive away. Pisa and Genoa are 1 hour away, the Cinque Terre 30 minutes by Levanto (then take the train). We also swam in the river next door (5 min drive).
