La Casita de Marta is a very good option to stay in Santiago. Great location, very comfortable room and stays and we also had the kindness and speed of Marta and Adela who prepared breakfast for us quickly and managed different services to help us. Totally recommendable!

Yamila took care of everything from the moment we arrived. I asked for a taxi to pick me up at the airport and there it was at the agreed time, although he had to wait more than 1 hour, he didn't have any problems. Yamila is always ready to help you with anything you might need, tells you the peculiarities of Cubans, gives you directions to make your trip unforgettable, very attentive. When I return to Santiago, that will be my home Highly recommended

I honestly do not think that I can write a review that will do justice to the amazing experience that we had at Octavio and Leida's home. I've stayed in many Airbnbs throughout Cuba and this was the best one for so many reasons. The hosts are so genuine and sweet and enthusiastically helped us out with anything we needed, going way above and beyond what hosts normally do. Leida's cooking is fantastic, the location is perfect as it is within walking distance from downtown Santiago and tucked away on a quiet street. Octavio speaks English very well and has a wonderful sense of humour while his wife, Leida, is (as cheesy as it sounds) a ray of sunshine. My group of six stayed at their casa for 2 weeks and always came home to clean sheets and towels. I would recommend Leida and Octavio to anyone who wants an authentic experience in Santiago. Their generosity and kindness cannot be beat!

I cannot say enough on how fantastic and wonderful Noemi and her family were during my stay. She was always so responsive and accessible even went a step forward lended me an umbrella when it was raining and a flashlight when I went out at night. I felt cared for and appreciated every second there we spent a while in conversations while I had breakfast and at night she was always so amazing. Her place is absolutely gorgeous and so relaxing her garden makes you forget you are in a very central area of town. The rooms were super clean and well maintained you had plenty of space to sit and have company for chats. I had family come visit often and they all raved of how amazing, sweet and attentive Noemi and Andy were!! She never let me leave without breakfast and I felt so cared for. She is definitely my go to on any future trip to cuba!! If you have any questions just ask she is incredibly receptive and responsive. Best AirB&B host I have ever had!! I highly recommend!! Don’t miss out!

My stay with Margarita could not be any better. Her house is clean, bright, well located close to parque Céspedes and her breakfast is the best I had in all Cuba. The room has everything you need and you are guaranteed to sleep well. The best of all is the attention she gives. Felt like my own family taking care of me. She even packed lunch and bottled water before my trip. I recommend to anybody who come to Santiago to stay with her and her beautiful family. Wish I can give 1000 stars. Thank you for everything!!

Very nice and clean room in the heart of Santiago the Cuba. Daniel is very friendly with an excellent organisation. I recommend this room and would choose it again.

I had a great stay in Norma’s place! The host was very accommodating and a great cook. The place is nice and clean. Wonderful experience and I will definitely be back. ! We booked Yanets place in Santiago for a week and we were really happy about it! Great location, great host and nice spacious house. We enjoyed our breakfast (pancakes, fresh fruit, eggs and great coffee!) in the morning sun on the patio before we went to salsaclass. Yanet gave us recommendations for the best paladares and dance lacations. La Claqueta is definitely a winner ;) thanks for the great stay!

Host provided a lot of information that we needed and the place was nice. Would book it again.

It was our best experience during the trip. The charming family that runs the place made us feel at home at once. They gave us all needed info (in petfect english) about the area. Helped with the neighbours to arrange trips in the area (beach, river, mountains, countryside with coffee and other plantations. We were taken by motorbikes, horse cart, huge camion, old chevrolet - great adventures. We where able to experience "real Cuba" with the best guides. The ladies are real wizards, being able to create decent meals in the very poor kingdom. Two shy little ferries bathed us with cheers and blossoms. We could have some "talks" with very friendly animals, dogs and horses, looking happy and well treated. Lush garden, meals on verrandah visited by kolibri and lizzards. We relaxed well in this beautiful, peaceful place, and we wished to have more time to spend with those lovely people. P.S. Just have in mind, that while the two new rooms are great, the third one is very simple.

We stayed in Bayamo only one night on a trip through Santiago, but we were very good with the guests. They are very helpful and kind people. The house is comfortable and close to downtown, recommended!

A casa where you can feel at home. The extreme kindness of the whole family who is constantly looking to please us and goes in front of our desires. In addition, Migdalia is a great cook. Dynamism, service, good humor and thoughtfulness are the key words of this casa. Happiness!
