Giovanni’s apartment had a real wow factor. It was so comfortable and Giovanni clearly has an eye for design. Probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in and it felt very luxurious and high end. We have food allergies so need to do a lot of cooking and there was absolutely nothing lacking in terms of equipment and crockery. Some nice local touches too - we enjoyed making our coffee in the moka pot and also drizzling the family’s own olive oil on our salad. We appreciated the waste recycling facilities too. We were lucky with the weather and used the huge terrace for lunch outside and the loungers for some late afternoon sun. The terrace would really come into its own in the summer. We loved Sestri Levante. A little more authentic than other towns along the coast and everything is very walkable. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the train station, the same to the beach and there’s lots of bakeries and grocery stores on the doorstep. An outstanding apartment in every way.

The location of the accommodation is very central, everything is within walking distance. And walking right in the bathing suit to the bathroom in the sea is already a luxury. The rooms are rather dark, the feeling of being a little like being in a ship. Fabio communicates reliably and emphatically.

Such a great location! 10 min walk from train station. Right across the street from the beach! Amazing location!! Ground floor. Right in front of bus stop. Found out you can catch the bus for free go to the train station. The beach is really close and the restaurant she says she will meet you in front of is amazing and reasonably priced. Amazing location. Cute town. Highly recommend. Just what I needed.

Hidden gem - I wish we would’ve planned a longer stay!!! Such a great Italian cabin in the woods, offering peace and calm and the healing power of nature. Every morning we awoke on our own - no traffic, a few birds, and the shutters kept the light out! We loved the old antique feeling of an updated WiFi home away from home.

We had a wonderful, relaxing family time with 5 people in Cotto. Our kids liked the pool best and would have liked to spend the whole time there. We adults enjoyed the tranquility, the garden and the nature. Thanks for everything, Angelo.

We felt at home in Giovanni's apartment from start to finish! Our two boys enjoyed playing catch in the garden. My wife and I loved the tranquility of the neighborhood and the central location of the apartment: within max. It is a 10-minute walk to both Sestris beaches and the center. There is a private car parking space, but due to the great location you could also spend a vacation completely without a car. I liked to go running or hiking in the immediately adjacent, fantastic Punta Manara Park or to the beach. The apartment is furnished exactly as shown in the pictures and super clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The private washing machine is located in a small room at the house entrance. This was our best Airbnb in Italy so far and we will definitely be back! Very clean, very quiet, very well equipped and in a perfect location in beautiful Sestri. Mille Grazie to Giovanni and family!

Sergio and his wife were wonderful hosts. He was always available and gave us valuable tips: Strand & Bar di Rena (10 min away), Strand Bay of Silence (in Sestri Levante), great winery for romantic food and wine tasting (Bisson). All in all, a good stay.

Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is convenient and has plenty of storage space.
