Sonja hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und Blick auf den Fischereihafen. Jederzeit wieder!

Schöne und gut gelegene Wohnung. In der Nähe ist alles wichtige, Supermärkte, gute Restaurants, etc. Perfekt gelegen um Santander anzuschauen, da direkt vor der Tür eine Anlegestelle für eine Fähre ist, die alle 30 min in die Stadt fährt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Tere fue super amable, nos espero a nuestra llegada para presentarnos la casa a pesar de que llegamos más tarde de lo previsto, nos dio muchas recomendaciones para visitar y estuvo atenta de nosotros durante todo el viaje. La casa una maravilla, las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas y la casa dispone de todas las comodidades incluso para nuestro niños pequeños y la ubicación inmejorable. Sin duda un 10 en todo espero poder volver pronto

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement très lumineux face à la mer! Maria Jose a été très sympathique et nous avez réservé une petite attention gourmande... l'appartement était impeccable nouveau propreté, tout est pratique, la cuisine bien équipée, bref, un excellent sejour que je recommande!

Laura ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Bei Fragen antwortet Sie sofort und kümmert sich um das Anliegen. Das Apartment ist toll und sehr sauber und der Ausblick auf Santander und die Bucht sind wunderschön. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke Laura,dass wir Deine Gäste sein durften.

Lovely apartment in a small beautiful village. very cozy and comfortable with everything you could need.

Great location and same as shown in the photos. The apartment is small but clean, well-organised, and has everything you need. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, they even met us late at night to hand over the keys. Ideal base for a surf trip with space to store boards and dry wetsuits.

El alojamiento es tal cual las fotos, tiene un jardín impresionante y muy agradable. Estuvimos muy cómodos gracias a Teresa que estuvo siempre atenta a las necesidades que tuvimos.

A really great place - big and comfortable house with a huge green backyard and an amazing view to the ocean, Santander, lighthouses and sunsets. Feels very private and peaceful and only a couple of minutes of walking to the center of Somo and couple minutes more to the beach. Very well stocked house. The design inside might seem a little old-school, but still very clean, everything works, very comfortable. We were three people and we rented only the first floor and as a result we had lots and lots of space to our selves. David was very helpful and responsive. Great place.

Este apartamento y esta anfitriona han sido 100/100 es un apartamento nuevo con todas la comodidades que se esperan, Mariana ha sido súper amable y atenta y nos ha hecho llevarnos una muy buena experiencia que seguramente repitamos, muchas gracias :)

La casa de Armando es fantástica, es el 2 año que repetimos, y en las 2 ocasiones ha sido igual de atento. La casa es muy cómoda y bastante amplia para 2 familias. El jardín es espacioso y está muy bien cuidado. Si volvemos por la zona repetiremos sin dudarlo.

La casa era mucho mejor de lo que nos imaginamos. La atención ha sido perfecta y todo estaba muy limpio y preparado. Lo único que me parece que se podía mejorar es la hora de salida: normalmente es a las 12 y así hay más margen para recoger pero en este caso fue a las 11.

Todo perfecto. La casa tiene unas vistas espectaculares, y se ven unos atardeceres geniales. Como nota positiva a resaltar, es que Inmaculada nos dejó cosas básicas como aceite y café, temas que facilitan mucho el primer día. El único "pero" es que la entrada es después de las 17:00, algo que en mi opinión, nunca debería ser despues de las 15:00. Repetiremos seguro!!!

Totalmente recomendable..Una ubicación excelente con vistas espectaculares. La casa tal y como se describe. habitaciones grandes y camas muy cómodas. muy cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. Fácil acceso. Y en cuanto al anfitrión un 10 ..han sido todo facilidades y de comunicación rápida... gracias Mar.

Apartamento muy agradable, limpio y muy equipado. Perfecto para dos personas, el baño algo pequeño. Cocina muy equipada y moderna. Todo muy limpio. Laura siempre atenta, y resolutiva. Al lado de la playa, restaurantes y supermercados. A tener en cuenta que es un segundo sin ascensor, para gente con movilidad reducida no recomendable. El parking interior está bien, pero al no tener plazas designadas en momentos de mucha afluencia como verano o puentes te quedas sin sitio, y fuera es casi imposible aparcar, nosotros fuimos en puente y ya estaba a tope, así que en verano puede ser una locura. Volveria pero no en verano

El apartamento estaba súper limpio y tal y como aparece en las fotos. Muy bien situado en una zona con muchos bares y restaurantes pero cero ruido. Y la zona, desde luego, preciosa.

María Gemma es majisima muy atenta al dejarnos una sombrilla y solucionarnos un problema con la luz porque había una tormenta nos contestó muy rápido y los perrillos muy majos

We had such a fabulous stay at Cristina's apartment! Firstly, Cristina herself is just the sweetest person. As soon as we booked the apartment, she was incredibly communicative and helpful, not missing a detail! She also provided us with a ton of great recommendations for around the area. She is really a fantastic host. The apartment is also amazing, and exactly as it appears in the photos - gorgeous seaviews, everything you need and more, and absolutely spotless. We especially loved that you had the incredible views in every room! Additionally, the living room was large and comfortable, the bedroom beautiful, with a super comfortable bed, good water pressure and temperature throughout, and a spacious well-equppied kitchen. We loved it all! When we return to Spain, we would love to stay here again. Thanks again Cristina :)

Charo estuvo fantástica, el dúplex es precioso con unas vistas estupendas, estancia super agradable, piscina, jacuzzi y entorno fantástico. Un plus la plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio. Estancia de 10. Muchas gracias por tu amabilidad Charo.

Muy amable! Estamos muy agradecidos, fue flexible con la hora de entrada y salida sin pedírselo. Recomendaciones buenas de la zona. Si vas por San Vicente de la Barquera recomiendo su alojamiento, como bien dice el anuncio, ideal para dos.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Eigentumswohnung (4 Nächte) hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Apartment liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe oberhalb des Hafens von Comillas und bietet einen einzigartigen Blick über das Meer. Kostenlose, private Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand und die malerische Innenstadt von Comillas sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir wurden von Juan Vincente liebevoll empfangen mit Früchten und Gemüse aus seinem Garten, sowie einer Flasche Wein. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Möbeln. In der Einbauküche ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft nicht wie ein gewerbliches Vermietungsobjekt, sondern wie eine Vermietung unter Freunden. Obwohl Juan Vincente nur Spanisch spricht, gelang die Kommunikation problemlos. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos empfehlen.
