A perfect stay, the apartment is next to the seaside beach and very close to the crazy one, perfect plan to surf since it also has a surf school next to the house. Manuel was very kind and attentive to our needs, and on the floor we were very comfortable, it is as described. In short, a very nice and quiet stay to spend a few days at the beach.

The location was perfect for touring the entire north area and with supermarkets nearby. The apartment has everything you need and comfortable.

We needed a place to stay mainly to sleep, we were going to visit family and we would spend little time there. The house is very cute, it is simple but does not need more, it fulfills its function perfectly. We also found it very clean. Nuria is charming and made it very easy for us. A really great place - big and comfortable house with a huge green backyard and an amazing view to the ocean, Santander, lighthouses and sunsets. Feels very private and peaceful and only a couple of minutes of walking to the center of Somo and couple minutes more to the beach. Very well stocked house. The design inside might seem a little old-school, but still very clean, everything works, very comfortable. We were three people and we rented only the first floor and as a result we had lots and lots of space to our selves. David was very helpful and responsive. Great place.

Very close to Cabárceno Park. A place to come back if you want to disconnect, with all the amenities of your usual home. With easy parking.

Perfect house with everything you need and the porch and garden of 10. The beds and the sofa are very comfortable. The location between the beaches and the village on a very quiet street in front of the golf course makes it an ideal place to disconnect. The enclosure is totally fenced so it was perfect to have the dog loose and enjoy it as much as we do. The owner has been attentive from the first moment. Undoubtedly a place to repeat.

Joseba is a great host who cares about making the stay as comfortable as possible possible. The apartment is very well located in the center of Noja, in a quiet area but close to the beaches and with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The accommodation does not lack anything and has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing with an absolutely perfect temperature. All the flat is outside and very bright.

The apartment has everything you need. Close to the beach in 4 minutes. The center by car 2 minutes walk 15. to spend a few days it's ideal. Maybe univa sticks the antique windows and a room the blind did not go down completely

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

I recently stayed Jesus apartment that exceeded my expectations. It was impeccably clean and provided a comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. We stayed there for a weekend in the north, along with the family and our dog. The house was spotless, the location was good (house in the countryside, surrounded by greenery and tranquility). Carmen is a good host and very friendly. We will definitely try to come back on our next escape to Suances. If I had to put a “but”, it would be that for the stays in which babies go, they would include a cot or high chair in the apartment. But otherwise, everything is great 🩷

We had a great time at Tomas' apartment. It is well equipped, has a beautiful view and is located close to beaches and sites to visit. There is also a children's playground downstairs from the building. Tomas welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A little extra: the bar/restaurant next door is excellent!

The owner's treatment was 10, kind, very attentive. It's nice to book places like this , the apartment is great, very complete and the area is spectacular, all of 10.
