Gli ospiti all'arrivo dovranno firmare un contratto di locazione. In ogni caso non dovranno pagare nessuna somma oltre quella già versata ad Airbnb.

The beach is only meters away, and the flat features an ample front garden which is great for some lazy sunbathing, dinner and breakfast outside or for stars gazing. The flat was recently refurbished: it has A/C, wifi, washing machine and dish washer. No TV! Rather, enjoy Sicily :)
