My wife and I stayed at one of the AirStreams and truly enjoyed our one night stay. We definitely recommend a longer stay if you are reading this post. The pool was refreshing after a long day at the beach or walking around town. The food at their restaurant was delicious and the vibe was unique!

This was my favorite place on our 2 week travels in Costa Rica. The space is great, beautiful views, with comfy beds and great water pressure in shower! Breakfast was really good too! Location is amazing! Monkeys just outside our window, the draw bridge was so fun, and multiple waterfalls are just a short walk away. I could have stayed there for my entire trip! I will be back there for sure!

Casa Calosita is a magical place and the best choice in Santa Teresa. Jean and Andrina are great hosts and make you feel at home with their warm hospitality. The house is in a quiet location, but still very central with the beach (for surfing) and restaurants just around the corner. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Julio and Mauro’s place was simply perfect. Their B&B is private, very charming and relaxing. Beautiful trees and plants of all sorts surround the spacious B&B which makes it very cozy and cool after a day at the beach. At night, the B&B is gated and locked which made it feel very safe for us and our rental car which was parked in their parking in front of the property. Rooms are quiet and clean. A small shared kitchen was at our disposal which was convenient and appreciated when we didn’t feel like eating out. In the mornings, we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and great coffee served by Julio and Mauro. We would call their dog Estrella to come see us at our table to pet her. She is super cute and friendly. Finally, Julio and Mauro were very kind, helpful hosts who were always attentive to our needs. I will for sure come back if I ever visit Santa Teresa again ! Thank you Julio and Mauro for everything

This hotel is beautiful. The grounds, the hammock area, and the pool are all pristine and nice areas to relax. The bed is really comfortable and I loved the jungle views on the outdoor balcony. The restaurant was also beautiful and airy and I loved every breakfast I tried. The location was also in the heart of the town. I would definitely stay here again.

I am so happy I discovered Casa del Rio when I was booking a place for a last minute trip to St Teresa. I was looking for a comfortable, peaceful spot close to the beach but it greatly exceeded my expectations! Silvia is incredibly warm and creates a joyful welcoming space for all her guests. You have everything you need plus more… tons of common area for relaxing in the backyard or cooking meals in kitchen. Outdoor shower, lounge chairs, etc. but really the best part is what Silvia’s energy creates, making it a magical little pocket just ip from the main road where you can relax after a long day of surfing or adventuring and share stories and enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica! A little slice of heaven. One tip: do bring ear plugs because the noise can make it hard to sleep, but that goes for pretty much everywhere in town I think (the ATVs are just loud all the time).

excellent everything, second time that we stayed for the New Year's dates, excellent location, very good cleanliness, pillows, mattress and sheets very well. I would only comment that the issue of opening and closing the gate manually for Parquear becomes tedious, they could improve in that aspect, but the pedestrian entrance very well only with key.

Selina South in Santa Teresa is incredible! We stayed in the two floor two bed and loved the balcony to hang. Nice place to meet others but also have privacy. Food truck had the best breakfast burrito ever and the pool was nice to have. Very stylish and conveniently located down the street from the Selina North, Eat Street, and Playa Hermosa.

Simone, thank you once again for letting my friend and I stay with you. This was our first surf trip outside the US, Santa Teresa and Simone exceeded our expectations. The room is everything you need, and nothing you don’t. Comfy bed, ice cold ac, and greetings on a daily basis from the host. The epitome of “Pura Vida”. Even though ST is just one road, we found it was very centrally located. If you’re debating between a hostel and booking this stay, I wouldn’t hesitate to find myself at this little slice of heaven again.
