This Airbnb is absolutely perfect! My boyfriend and I stayed here for one month, and this Airbnb had everything we needed! Julien and Adriana are lovely hosts and super helpful and accommodating! The location was perfect for our needs. The Airbnb is on a hill at one end of town, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Even though the Airbnb is at one end of town, Mazunte is so small and walkable, there were no issues getting around. (For reference, you can leisurely stroll across town to San Agustinillo in less than 30 minutes.) A reliable l Internet connection is really important for me because I work remotely, and there were no issues with the Starlink Internet. There is air conditioning throughout the entire unit (both the living/kitchen area and the bedroom). I thought I liked the heat, but I can’t imagine spending a month in Mazunte without air conditioning. I would recommend this Airbnb to all my friends and family!

This was our second time staying at Casa Coco and we already can’t wait to come back again! The place is beautiful and Edvin is a helpful and responsive host. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Coffee in the morning, a kitchen if you want to cook your own meals, the bathroom has a bidet (bonus!!), a hammock on the patio, AC for comfortable nights… I can’t say enough good things. If it was available we’d stay here every time we came to Mazunte! The only thing to note is the stairs from the road to the unit (mentioned in many reviews)! I’d estimate it’s roughly 5 flights (65 stairs plus a small hill). We enjoyed the bit of exercise at the end of each day but it may not be for everyone depending on accessibility needs. We had an incredible few days. The house is 15 minutes from Mazunte and about 20 minutes from Zipolite. The house is better than what you see in the pictures. The equipment is incredible, nothing is needed. The house is fully functional and very comfortable. My 5-year-old son was the happiest. We'll be back soon.
