This is a good place for those with big families. Espcially the pool is actually spacious enough for kids and adults altogether. Also, the barbecue grill is there. Most essentials are present!

I stayed at Renz’s place for two weeks and it felt like home. The space was nice, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What made the experience even better was how easy it was to communicate with Renz. She was super accessible, quick to respond, and always helpful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, homey stay.

We were a group of 10 and we had a great time at Juans place. The staff were helpful and amazing, but also letting us have our private time. The house is exactly like the pictures, and is truly a beautiful home I a quiet street, right closeby all the nightlife of Makati. I would highly recommend this place. The house is clean with safe environment,perfect for a family of five, very cool room air condition, conveniently accessible,the host is communicating very well.

The place was perfect for my daughter’s sweet 16th bday. No karaoke so it was peaceful and quiet. We were allowed to play music and we’re very mindful to lower down the volume during late night. Lots of greenery. They allowed us to decorate the attic room where my daughter and her friends held their pajama party. No wifi but we already prepared pocket wifi and data and it was already mentioned in the property description. The host was very accommodating as well as their caretaker. Will definitely book again and also recommend!! :)

The view from the dining and kitchen area was lovely. Place is nice for a group of friends or family. Hosts were accommodating and very helpful.

Booked the place with my family for a short staycation. First of all, the place is strategically located and relatively close to the places we visited. Secondly, the room, furnitures, and linens are overall clean and comfy. The kitchen is also well-supplied with basic stuff, with the filtered water dispenser as an added convenience. The listing also offered free pool access to the guests which is great. And lastly, the hosts (esp Vanessa) is very responsive and understanding to my concern(s). Will definitely book the place again and will recommend to friends and families.
