Condo vacation rentals in Santa Maria

We had a very nice time on Sal. The apartment is quiet, you can walk super fast towards the pier and all restaurants and bars on the way. Antonio lent us 2 bikes, organized the taxi to and from the airport and was also available at any time. Thanks for the time ☺️

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very spacious and well-stocked living area with everything. Centrally located, you can reach the sea in 5 minutes. Also, it is above a supermarket and therefore convenient for doing grocery. Leila was a kind and helpful host We had a great time and I recommend it.

We loved Luis's apartment. Tastefully decorated with the main essentials on a nicely kept complex. Garden and pool maintenance are perfect and someone is always on hand I'd needed which we didn't. The beach was close by and other beaches a 3 Euro taxi ride away. we loved Angulo Beach. Santa Maria is full of happy people. And there's lots of nightlife, good food restaurants and live music 7 nights a week. We loved it.

Great deal and great location from the beach. Access to restaurants, beach, shows and pools. Wifi from hotel was ok to work remotely for 2 weeks and work with Teams, flat’s wifi wasn’t better. Doors do not close properly within the flat but this is a minor issue. Kitchen well equipped. Overall a great deal!

Nice apartment away from crowds, great pool which was never crowded. We enjoyed beach life but still only few minutes to city and all that Santa Maria offers. Can recommend Hiltons beach restaurant for lunch and visit to shark bay and salt mines. Our host always answered quickly and we had a nice holiday.

We had an amazing stay at Filipa’s place! Perfect location, right in front of the beach. The apartment was perfectly clean when we arrived and Filipa even gave us some recommendations on the surroundings. Already planning to come back :) You won’t regret booking this place.

The stay in Elsa's apartment was great. Elsa herself was very friendly and helpful, you could always reach her and always thought along. Her nice apartment is in a cozy quiet complex, with a lovely pool and a few minutes walk to the beach. All the fun is literally a maximum 10 minute walk away, in short: really a top location. Both Elsa and her apartment were great!!

We had an excellent stay at Bianca's place. The location of the apartment is exceptional, with a direct view of Ponta Preta beach. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The Melia residence is beautiful and well-maintained. Sometimes there are evening events in the residence, but the apartment is well insulated, so it's quiet. There are always parking spaces available for the car. Bianca was always quick to respond to our needs through her messages. We would be happy to return!

The apartment is simple but comfortable. Great location, very close to the beach and a 5-minute walk to the pedestrian street. The swimming pool is an added value for the windiest days, as the fact of being in the middle of the condominium houses it of the wind. Nothing negative to point out.

Alba helped us at all times and gave us great recommendations, she was a great host. The apartment comes with everything you need for a short stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and is very close to the beach, restaurants, and areas of interest... Very recommended!!

Everything you need is there, Murdeira itself has not much to offer - a tiny shop and two very basic restaurants - so you may need a car, taxi or other means of transport.

The apartment is just as expected and identical to the pictures and description. The location is one of the best in Santa Maria. The host is very reactive and even allowed an early check in as the previous guest left earlier. Thank you for the stay !

Roberto was a great host, his place is situated at 5 minutes walk from the beach. A simple, functional & stylish place it has the benefit of a private balcony that offers a lovely breeze. It is exceptionally reasonable if you are looking for an authentic experience. Thanks to Lily & Amadou who were super helpful.

The place is big and clean. The beds are simple, not suuppeerr confortable but ok for what we needed for. There was no wifi for our surprise, however that was stated in the announcement so it was our miss not noticing it. Overall we were satisfied with the apparment - we only spent one night before going to the airport early next day.

The apartment is in a nice location near the beach and in the center. What we have not realized is that SAL has become a party island and the music continues until 6 in the morning. If you are deaf or a party animal this is a fantastic location you are not then I would bring earplugs. So absolutely recommended, the apartment has good beds, the bathroom and kitchen are fine and the value for money is good. If you have no trouble with music at night definitely go to this apartment.

Lorena is a fabulous host and provided a transfer for us from the airport. She is quick to respond to messages and the apartment was bigger than expected with all necessary facilities. Superb location very close the beach and a few small supermarkets and restaurants within a minutes walk. Also, just an easy ten minutes walk too to the centre of Santa Maria. Totally recommend

We enjoyed staying in Lorraine's apartment, being in the city and by the sea made it very easy for us to walk around day and night, enjoying the city vibes and at times sitting by the beach. it was nice finding drinking water, coffee, tea, sugar in the house. We were warmly welcomed by the manager, Stefan who took us round to see various restaurants and showed us where we could shop. He also helped us organize a tour to the island which was great. I would recommend Lorraine's house for your stay in Santa Maria.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 children. It was nice with 2 bathrooms and a washing machine. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the city. There are a few small supermarkets nearby where you can buy the essentials. Vikki is a great host and quick to respond to TEXT. She can also help with the transfer from the airport upon arrival. We'll definitely be back.

Cozy apartment in walking distance to the city center. In this apartment u are guarantueed a good night sleep. As it is located in a quiet area outside the city senter. Check in is super easy. We were met by Alexandre’s parents. They are super friendly and helpfull.

I felt at home. Everything matched the photographs and Claire clarified all my questions. No doubt to repeat

Nice and clean apt. Close to 2 pools. Good resturants close by. We did not have remotecontrol for the aircondition, but this was fixed in a day or two. We would like to come back in the future.

Good location and great conditions. Hosts were very helpful on arrival and in solving minor issues during their stay. The house is a perfect option for those who want to escape the resorts and enjoy the island more locally.
