Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa María Atzompa

Excelene departamento, estuvimos bastante cómodos en el departamento de Betel y Javier. Buena ubicación y tranquila. Alrededor lindo para caminar en la zona de Jalatlaco.

Amazing location! The place was super clean and comfortable. The only downside was the slow internet! it was fine for phone use and everyday stuff, but not great for work. The hosts were very responsive and even helped by providing an alternative WiFi option.

Rene's place has become a home from home. I extended my original stay and have returned whenever I've been in the city. He's super helpful as is Lauro the caretaker. The apartment is so well equipped and the rooftop terrace has great views. Excellent location for a more genuine Oaxacan experience. The longer term residents are great too, excellent neighbors. Would highly recommend. Rene knows how to provide an excellent Airbnb experience.

A great place to stay! The only con is that this is a downstairs apartment - that makes it really cool on hot days but also makes it susceptible to any loud sounds from upstairs. We loved our stay at Esveay and Peter’s place! The location is perfect! So easy to walk into centro or other barrios but located in a quiet peaceful safe spot. Great cafes right around the corner. Extremely comfortable couches and beds, with the bonus of a comfortable patio and upstairs rooftop terrace with a great view of the city and surrounding mountains. Water pressure and hot water was great, and during our 9 day stay we were supplied with plenty of drinking water. Lourdes greeted us at the door and was available when we needed anything! Our hosts were also in touch to check in throughout our stay. If we do visit Oaxaca again we will hope to stay here again.

The place was the perfect home base for our quick trip to Oaxaca. Easy to find and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. The host proactively reached out to help make finding the place easy and continued to communicate to ensure our stay was amazing.

Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Alejandro fue maravillosa, la ubicación tan céntrica nos permitió hacer muchas actividades. Muy seguro, podíamos caminar hasta altas horas y sin problema alguno. El alojamiento muy limpio y todos los aditamentos pensados en hacer nuestra estancia más placentera.

Great place to stay, I really enjoyed it. Amazing location in a beautiful area, the house is very spacious, comfortable and clean, equiped with everything you need. Heber was really nice, always replying quickly and he was happy to accomodate us with extra amenities that weren’t listed. Ps. That cute patio is a 10/10 Thank you!🫶

Fue un viaje de trabajo, el lugar nos adecuo excelente, yo no me alohe ahí, fue para algunos compañeros de trabajo sin embargo les gustó mucho la casa y si les sirvió mucho para descansar. La comunicación con el encargado fue muy buena y siempre mostró amabilidad, lo recomiendo para temas de trabajo

Dulce fue muy amable y atenta, nos recibió de último momento y nos brindó su casa con mucha disposición. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del aeropuerto, lo cual fue súper conveniente para nosotros. ¡Gracias por todo, Dulce!

Carlos estuvo 100% atento a que llegáramos seguros. Contestó todas nuestras preguntas y super amable. El lugar cuesta encontrarlo un poco ya que la tecnología y formato de direcciones en México no están muy avanzadas pero Carlos nos ayudó a encontrarlo sin problema.

Our stay at Olivia’s property in Oaxaca was nothing short of magical. We were a large group 12 family members coming together for one of the most important moments of our lives. It was for my wife Lesly and our wedding in the beautiful town of Atzompa in the cultural center of Ex hacienda San Jose. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a very special place. The home itself was stunning—spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Each room had its own charm and offered a peaceful retreat, yet the common areas brought us together every morning and evening to share meals, laughter, and stories. The rooftop was beautiful. The layout was perfect for a large group like ours, giving us both privacy and plenty of space to connect as a family. The views of the mountains and surrounding nature were breathtaking something we’ll never forget. Olivia was truly the most thoughtful and gracious host we could have asked

This place is incredible! Jose was super flexible and was an amazing host. The place is exactly like the photos! I would absolutely book again. I went with my 3 kids and my husband and it was perfect!

Todo estuvo muy bien, solo que deben considerar que para personas adultas de la tercera edad son muchos escalones. La cocina muy equipada, de hecho desayunabamos diario ahi, el mercado esta a dos cuadras. Las regaderas muy funcionales. La casa muy agradable. Solo hubo un punto que falló, dos habitaciones no tenian refrigeracion y si hacia un poco de calor por las noches. Segun yo la publicación del alojamiento mencionaba que tenia aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, fue algo que si incomodo. La buena noticia para los proximos alojamientos es que ya tenian en el sotano todos los equipos de refrigeracion para instalarse, asi que el alojamiento es ALTAMENTE RECOMENDADO!!!. Otra cosa es que los anfitriones son muy buena onda.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado para el traslado a las diferentes zonas turisticas. El espacio es muy agradable y existe concordancia con lo que se muestra en las fotos. El anfitrión mantuvo excelente comunicación y sugirió buenos lugares para comer y visitar.

Leticia was an excellent host. Her love of Oaxaca is evident in her sharing all the things to do in this unique city. She provided a lot of information directly to her guests, which included, restaurant suggestions, landmarks to make sure are on your list, updating you of festivals occurring during your stay and details about the markets which offer something to everyone. Un excelente lugar para disfrutar de tus vacaciones con tus amigos o pareja, con todo lo necesario para hacer de tu estancia un tiempo cómodo, seguro y tranquilo. Se encuentra a tan solo unas cuantas cuadras del centro de la capital y con muchas opciones cercanas para comer y divertirte. La comunicación es excelente siempre al pendiente de tus necesidades y con excelentes recomendaciones. Como extra cuenta con lugar interno de estacionamiento para mayor facilidad y seguridad. Recomendado ampliamente!

Todo súper bien, cerca del centro, buena comunicación, nos permitieron entrar antes de la hora. Solo sugeriría cambiar los colchones, están durísimos pero de ahí en fuera todo excelente.

El alojamiento fue para unos familiares y estuvo muy pendiente durante toda la estancia de lo que pudieran necesitar, ellos quedaron encantados, gracias Janeth.

Excelente es la segunda vez que me quedo yo voy x trabajo y Sony siempre pendiente de lo que uno requiere , lo recomiendo mucho .
