Monthly Rentals in Santa Margherita-La Suvera

Nice place with lots of space if you are looking for peace among the grape fields. We had brought the dog and it had all the space. Lots of home cooked in the extensive kitchen and relaxed on the sofa/in the garden. It is close to Siena to look for liveliness, but you can basically go anywhere. The host is very responsive and flexible with arrival time. All in all recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Elvira’s apartment! It was in perfect condition—nice, cozy, and with great facilities. The kitchen is spacious, perfect for cooking and dinning, and we really appreciated Elvira’s kind gesture of providing free eggs, milk, butter, and coffee. The bathrooms and showers were excellent, and bed and sofa very comfy. The heating was perfect, and we truly felt at home. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, set in a charming medieval hamlet that felt unique. It’s also in a great location for exploring Siena, Chianti, and Val d’Orcia. There are plenty of hiking routes starting right from San Gusmé, making it easy to enjoy a morning walk through local vineyards. Plus, free and hassle-free parking was right by the apartment. Elvira was a fantastic host—super easy communication, clear instructions, and excellent recommendations for food and activities. We would absolutely love to come back!

We were so lucky Antonella's place was available when we needed to move from the house we'd originally booked a year in advance. We felt at home immediately, the whole property is absolutely gorgeous and felt very secure with remote-controlled gates at the beginning of the long drive. We don't usually like to share a pool on holidays but we were very lucky and had the enormous pool to ourselves for the last 5 days. The house is a perfect size for four with a nice covered patio. Antonella is a very welcoming and charming host and her lovely dog and two cats were a bonus for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks in Ponte a Bozzone and would recommend this holiday home to anyone!

The place is stunning. No doubt about that and very well maintained. No complaints about the villa itself would stay there again. The only thing to know is this is not in Siena. It’s up the mountains and there is no uber service in Siena only taxis which charge you for every ride starting from Siena no matter what. All that to say if you don’t have your own car you’re in for it when it comes to getting anywhere. But if you plan on staying in the villa then go for it
