We were very well received by the housekeeper, Zé Carlos, who was always present if necessary The place is the same as in the photos: são s two houses: one with pool and one without, but as you rent the two, both can use it. She is small, but since I was only with my husband, it was great. The Chácara is very well located, located in the Dark Forest in São Pedro, a 9-minute drive from Águas de São Pedro. The host explains very well how to get there, so there's no mistake! The place is very quiet, great for those who like peace!

We spent the Easter holiday with a group of friends on the site and loved it, all impeccable and exactly as it appears in the photos. The place is very well equipped and was super clean, hosts Atila and Natália are super attentive, respond quickly and have provided us with an amazing experience. The villagers too, as well as the hosts, made our stay excellent. Access to the site and the city is easy. The space is perfect for taking pets, as the property is completely fenced and they loved. We would definitely go back and recommend it to our friends.

The stay was super peaceful, the Host Viviane treated us very well and everything was as shown in the photos on the site. Air-conditioning, fan, bed linen, kitchen with various utensils, swimming pool, barbecue, the whole house was clean, in short, as we expected to find to spend the days of our schedule. The place is quiet, very quiet. I found it a little far from supermarkets, restaurants, but as we went by car it was possible to resolve easily.

The house is very good! The coexistence area too! Barbecue and kitchen with basic utensils. Janaína was always responding and available. A point of attention only is that in the rain you will get wet on the way from the rooms to the kitchen/barbecue area. And the gutters in the rain make a lot of noise that is noticeable at night.

We really like the house, everything so clean and organized. The walls and gates are very high and closed, which gave us a lot of tranquility as well. The house is very clean and even with the bedding smelly. We had a perfect weekend. It exceeded our expectations as in the back there is a beautiful view to the river and a beautiful landscape to be enjoyed. The street is also very quiet.
