Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Santa Cristina Gherdëina

The house is excellent placed, close to the main road, bus station and a good restaurant (Dorfwirt) . It was very clean, in the kitchen we had everything we needed. There is a coffee machine (filter coffee), cooker, fridge-freezer (small). There are two bedrooms. Heating was good. Communication was great with Victoria (we didn't meet her) and Martina (she was very nice and helpful). It was requested a deposit ( 200 euros) for eventually damages. It was not the case and the deposit was returned before our departure.

Alessandro's place is in a great location. it is surrounded by mountains, which gives a certain charm. We wanted to hike in the dolomites and the location was perfect for that. There are several restaurants in the area as well. Alessandro was very responsive and answered any questions we had. I would recommned this property.

The place was really rustic and exactly as described – we felt very comfortable! The journey was a little adventure, but thanks to the good description of the host it was quite feasible. However, you have to be brave to drive through the narrow streets to the front door by car. So, we parked at the church. The village is super cute and the host was very accommodating as he allowed us to check out later – thanks for that! If you are a light sleeper, you should know that the church bells nearby are pretty good to hear. We found the stay very nice and will be happy to come back!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The location of the house is unbeatable if you are looking for privacy, peace and quiet. Breathtaking views of the vineyards and mountains. The house is beautifully renovated, clutter free, and very clean. Our baby was accommodated so well with a lovely big cot, high chair and even a toy chest full of toys! Really can’t complain about anything at all. Arianna is a great host, she was so accommodating, helpful and flexible. She also provided so many recommendations for things to do in the local area. Highly recommend and hope to be back in future!

Donatella and her family were amazing host. We were met at check in by Gulia who was amazingly helpful and gave very clear instructions for our stay. During our stay the home was comfortable and a beautiful place to stay after long days skiing and at our research conference. The home had beautiful views and the food that was stocked in the cupboards made for good meals, the local wine gifted to us by our host was an amazing touch. Five stars, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, we will definitely return if we can!

Lorenzo was a really kind and present host. The house offers everything you need to have a nice vacation.

Very positive experience. Giada turned out to be an available person, always smiling. Upon our arrival she had the stove on, which with the cold outside, that warmth and that cabin atmosphere, was a great welcome. In addition, she had prepared a small breakfast corner with a basket of sweets, various types of tea, as well as two bottles of water. Giada also took care of our travel companions, a cat and a dog, preparing the kennel area near the stove complete with cot and mats, as well as the sand for the litter box. The apartment also deserves a mention, as the spaces are well distributed and well furnished, revealing a sober taste but at the same time very characteristic and welcoming. The lit stove is a great plus. I think it's obvious how much we enjoyed it. Thank you very much Giada. This is a goodbye see you soon.

The apartment is nicely located on the sunny side of the valley. It was a quick downhill walk to the stores, restaurants, and the Seiser Alm ski lifts. Less quick on the way back up, but nothing to worry about. The Seceda lift is almost next door. We walked, fully geared up, back and forth to both lifts without a problem. The kitchen is a bit small but well stocked.

Irene is a fantastic person! Definitely beautiful apartment, clean and with all the comforts you have at home. Spacious rooms, large bathrooms, spaces suitable for optimal management of 6 people. Very quiet location, the stream that flows a few meters from the balcony creates a perfect background for moments of relaxation. Parking space under the house and a magnificent garage for another car. Perfect vacation, absolutely worth repeating. Thanks Irene and see you soon!!!

Great cozy place right by the slope. Can accommodate comfortably a family of 4 but also a group of 6. Loved the scenery viewable from all large windows

it was such a lovely break. the place was so cozy, warm and quiet spacious for 2 people. the kitchen is well equipped which was very useful. the fireplace made our stay extra special. tho the noise from upstairs woke us up every night, nothing too dramatic, i think it’s just a thin ceiling. a cute place if you’re visiting the dolomites for the first time and not sure which area you’d like to stay. you can access to the iconic super ski points and spa within 1-2 hours from this place.

Beautiful home that felt like a museum! We had a great time at the house with kids. It was also a close drive to the ski slopes and winter activities.

We stayed in the chalet in late December and early January Very nice and clean house, great location both for the spectacular view and for the proximity to the slopes We had a great time even with a small dog who ran around in the large garden surrounding the house Jacopo is an available and kind young man. We hope to be back soon.

Great place for a family retreat !

Our 16-day stay at this beautiful villa was absolutely amazing! In addition to its beauty, Villa d’Or is warm, cozy, comfortable, immaculately clean, and well-maintained. The hilltop location overlooking surrounding villages combines with the stunning backdrop of the Dolomites - to give the villa its spectacular setting. The views are breathtaking! We enjoyed the rural atmosphere while being within minutes of groceries, restaurants, a pharmacy - all we needed for our stay. Villa d’Or was a perfect home base from which we explored the region. It was also a perfect base for days of staying home and relaxing by a warm fire. Nicola is a fabulous host! He was very accessible whenever we had questions or needed recommendations. His advice on restaurants, gelaterias, and the neighboring towns was excellent and most appreciated. Also, Nicola speaks very good English - a big plus for two Americans who do not speak Italian! Our holiday at Villa d’Or exceeded all our expectations!

Fabulous place. Had everything we needed for a family holiday. Kids loved the pool. We loved the amazing view. We hired a car so was easy to get down to the lake. Would recommend and love to return . Moritz replied very quickly when we needed information

It is 10+. Everything was great, better than it looked into pictures. The house space is generous (we were two adults and 3 kids). Also, the garden is quite big, and the kids had a nice and safe place to play (especially with the bikes from the property). Great view to the lake/mountains and also the cascade nearby is visible from the garden (and its sound can be heard in the night from outside). Also, the neighbors roofs in the front of the property looks big in pictures, but in reality they do not obscure the view from the balcony/garden.

We had a wonderful vacation in this luxurious home which is designed with beauty and sophistication. The pool and the backyard peaceful and green. The proximity to the village center makes everything so easy. Claudia , the host, was always attentive. Kaltern is a sweet place. don't miss a swim in Caldaro Lake!

Michael is a great host and was always reachable and helpful. The place is spacious and wonderful. Supermarket, cafe and a restaurant are all easily reachable by foot. We had a very pleasant and pleasurable stay.
