One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Val Gardena -Apartment N°2

The Apartment is 68 m² large and is located on the ground floor, with direct access on a small garden. The town center of Santa Cristina is easily reachable by just a short walk and it is convenient for the access to the promenade. On its privileged position, you will find the Saslong Cable car which is an excellent starting point for the famous Sellaronda ski tour. You will also find a community ski depot and one reserved outdoor parking space. There is no parking space available for camper.

Newly built in 2020, the centrally located apartment building Noreia Granda is located in close proximity to shopping and mountain lifts in Ortisei. The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house.
