Monthly Rentals in Santa Barbara

This is the second time I have stayed here and it is always a pleasure, I feel at home, the area is very quiet. I would definitely stay here a thousand more times again.

The place is very nice, quiet, and cozy, only at night you suddenly hear the trucks or trailers but it is to be expected since it is on a busy avenue. The bed was super comfortable, the bathrooms very clean, the only thing that could improve is that the TV in the bedroom was made smart or put cable on it, since there were only local channels (you could change the one in the living room for the one in the bedroom). Overall everything excellent.

Good location, with everything you need for your stay, very clean, attentive host, very safe, I will definitely be happy to return.

Luis is a fantastic host! He accommodated an early check in and check out and was super responsive! The apartment was very clean and just like the pictures. Nice furniture and linens. The neighborhood is very interesting and everyone we interacted with was so nice! Lots of great spots to eat and street vendors who sell food and other items. We would definitely stay here again! 5 stars all around!
