Vacation rentals in Sant Medir

An apartment in a perfect location, a 5-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. It remains very quiet despite the proximity of pubs, beach etc. The common areas are ultra clean and no nuisances. I highly recommend renting Georgy's secure parking just below the residence. Those in the city are around €35/39 for 24 hours. The apartment is very comfortable and it smells clean. Bath towels, bath mats and even toilet paper are provided. The beds are made upon arrival. Coffee capsules are ready to help out on arrival while you go shopping. Sponge, dishwashing liquid, broom, trash can/trash bag, mop and bucket on site. Excellent. With family, I recommend the beach that goes towards the small castle to the left of the seafront, secure. A few days on the May 1st holiday that allowed us to really take a break. Thanks Georgy, that was great. We'll be happy to come back :)

Beautiful confortable apartment with an stunning panoramic view. The flat has all the thing you need and more! Diego is an outstanding host with an amazing heart, he is very responsive and he always help us every time we needed assistance, it is because of him, we give a five star review. Caldes d’strac its a beautiful place, has amazing beaches and great chiringuitos to eat in the beach the Mediterranean, we also recommend to go to Titus hot spring spa.

The listing is even better than the photos. Agree with other reviews that this is one of the most beautiful, charming and special houses we've been to. We wanted to be away from the cities and were looking for a convenient place in the country to explore the area around and north of Girona. This was very well located to do that and we ended up extending an extra night because we liked it so much. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is very well outfitted, and it's just a great place to stay. It's far enough outside of town to be very quiet, but close enough should you need something. The house is gorgeous, the neighbors are helpful but not intrusive and we really appreciate the welcoming gifts. Sergio was always a quick email away and we couldn't have asked for a better stay! Highest recommendation!

We had a great time! The accommodation was superb, very clean, well decorated, with magnificent views. It had absolutely all the amenities you need to feel at home. A really beautiful property, in the middle of nature, with a great view of the mountains. The property is as pictured and the communication was really very good. Towels, utensils such as toilet paper & soap, were provided, a washing machine to clean the clothes and much more, make the vacation a lot easier. The grounds are very large and beautiful, we even saw a fox who apparently lives there, so you are in the middle of nature. The pool is also super nice, but unfortunately not usable in autumn, as it is not heated. But that shouldn't stop anyone. We had a fantastic stay at this property. The whole experience was faultless and the host Garcia was brilliant. Super friendly, knowledgable and always on hand should you ever need any assistance or recommendations. The villa and surrounding terraces were immaculately clean and well maintained - top marks! We would definitely return here if we came back to the area and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting!
