We were satisfied with the accommodation. Positive : - Easy check-in and check-out through key box - Beautiful outdoor area with loungers, plants, lights - Feeling of security thanks to locked accommodation with fence and code entry - Light contact - Álvaro was very tolerant of plan changes, we spontaneously booked 2 friends on arrival, this was no problem at all - Location right on the harbor in the village, right next to shopping stores - Outdoor parking available However, smaller things to know: - The walls to the next room are well insulated, but you can hear everything from the noises in the room above. Whether chairs, backs, running. Maybe we also had very active neighbors but from 7 am you woke up because you could hear everything, it is very loud and especially when children are in the accommodation. But otherwise we were satisfied :)

Would 100% recommend this place and would already love to go back again! Maria was a wonderful host and so responsive the whole time. The location couldn’t be better. Could not say enough good things, hope to be back soon!!

Excellent stay, the apartment is ideally located very close to the beach and 5 min walk to restaurants. It is also very well-equipped with high quality mattresses and a large TV. The residence is very quiet, the neighbors are nice, and the private parking space is a real advantage even if you can park easily on the street. Communication with Maria was very easy as well as check-in and checkout. I would definitely stay again and I would absolutely recommend it!!

The apartment is in the centre of Port de Sóller , fantastic view from lounge and main bedroom , excellent facilities in room for everything including sun beds& loungers. We was left a welcome pack , with plenty of items you require, nice touch Sitting in the lounge having a glass of wine and listening to the singer in the street very relaxing

The house is very nice, with a very large terrace with a barbecue. The house is very close to shops and a bar area and squares with things for children, all very close. Also, the beach is super close, a maximum of two minutes' walk. Paula was very friendly and helpful from start to finish

The place was just as pictured, the view of the sea a dream. Everything was clean & well equipped and Antonio was always easily accessible. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful location with outstanding views in an unspoiled and quiet part of the Island. Lots to do in surrounding area, vineyards, cultural towns and hiking.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport (about 1.5 hours from Palma airport). From the Port de Soller bus stop, it is then 10-15 minutes to the apartment. Without a car, you should be fit to walk up the small mountain. The ascent is worth it, because the view from the apartment is gigantic and you are at a safe distance from the hustle and bustle of the harbor. The terrace is definitely the highlight. The center of Port de Soller is about a 15-minute walk. Overall clear recommendation as well as nice, accommodating hostess!

Very comfortable apartment a short walk to the beach. We spent one night there, it was a pleasant stop. Emanuela is very responsive and accommodating.

We enjoyed it soooo much! A beautiful, quiet ambiance. I've never had such a superbly equipped apartment, especially the kitchen. And Michelle is so accommodating, helpful and friendly...that's really extraordinary. My mom is not so good on foot, and since we didn't have a car available, Michelle even offered to take us to the city...super sweet. If I had 100 points to give, Michelle would get 200!

This apartment ticks all the boxes. It’s well laid out and spotlessly clean. The beds are surprisingly comfortable for a rental property and the spacious balcony has wonderful sea views and lovely outdoor furniture. There are four apartments in the complex. The pool and gardens are immaculate and very tastefully maintained. The area is quiet and safe with lots of on street parking. It’s a 5 minute walk to Cala Santanyi and the beautiful town of Santanyi is a five minute drive. Pedro and his mum were very welcoming and engaging. Honestly, one of the best places my family and I have ever stayed! Thank you!

We stayed in apartment no 2, a few steps up from the courtyard. Nicely designed, with plenty of open space and natural light upstairs, it had everything needed for our stay and is perfectly located in the old town for walks to the cathedral, beach and marina and with numerous cafes nearby. The host had given detailed instructions for check-in and luggage storage which was appreciated. Check-in was a little slow as the passport scanner wasn't working so all details had to be typed. This was only a minor inconvenience. The rooms had plenty of seating and a small kitchen. A small amount of tea and coffee had been left along with washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. It would have been even better if some milk had been provided so that we could have had hot drinks on arrival, a suggestion for the future. The bed was very comfortable, guests should perhaps be aware of the windows above it which open into the courtyard next to a seating area. Overall a lovely stay.

Stayed with my sister. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable. We were delighted by the peacefulness and beauty of this apartment and the wonderful terrace and pool area. It had everything, and more, that we needed. We did go to the beach but it was lovely to eat and relax here. Thank you so much for the best stay we have had.

Exactly look like in the pictures, bedroom was super tidy, bathroom was super clean. host also very responsive and easy to communicate. Location right in the center of everything. Overall it was a great experience will definitely back and stay longer.

Spent 9 nights at Gardenia apartment, everything was just as described and pictured. We were made very welcome by Denise & David who met us on arrival and talked us through everything we needed to know. The position of the apartment could not be more ideal for us with Maria's bar and bus stop across the road, the beach at the bottom of the road, Cala Bona & Harbour off to the left and Cala Millor & shops off to the right what more could you ask. The closeness of the apartment to the pool with the advantage of the terrace with sunbeds was very convenient. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Cala Bona.

Great apartment with beautiful balcony overlooking the stunning pool. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and brilliant location from which you can explore the lovely surroundings

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Juan Carlo’s apartment is a great spacious place (we were 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids) at a perfect location directly at the beach and next to many great restaurants. Perfect communication with Africa who was always responsive, very friendly and helpful when needed. Easy and flexible check-in (Africa was welcoming us) and check-out via hotel Minister lobby. We ate mostly in nearby restaurants except for breakfasts when we enjoyed the beautiful view from the living room over the beach and had a front row seat seeing Port de Soller waking up in the mornings. The apartment is amazingly equipped for guests who prefer cooking at home. Really nothing to complain here. We had a great stay and will come again. Thanks Africa and Juan Carlos for being great hosts!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Mirjams apartment from the beginning to the very end of our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a highlight where we chilled out after our long walks on the beach. Can absolutely recommend Mirjam’s place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
