Kai's place is fantastically beautiful. The garden is huge with pool, mini golf, basketball hoop, volleyball and tennis net. Sun loungers are available at the poolside. BBQ, kitchen, bath towels, climate, location, communication, really everything-my family and I were very satisfied and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

A beach paradise! If you want to relax in nature, this is the perfect place. It feels totally secluded but there are grocery stores and restaurants just 10 minutes away by car. The house is very special. It’s located right on the beach, totally private, and the sunset are spectacular! The way it’s decorated is also very comfortable with everything you need. If you have a dog: sand has built up over the side of the fence facing the beach so your dog can just walk right out. The other 3 sides of the property are secure. I 100% recommend the house but if it’s raining, you might have the water enter the house from the front door and sliding doors. We were able to clean it up with a mop and towels but wanted to mention that it’s a rustic experience.

Unbeatable house two blocks from the beach, the house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy a few days in all comfort and without having to worry about anything, we were a few friends and we were very comfortable. Beatriz was attentive all the time that we were comfortable and that there was no problem, we will definitely come back. Exceptional parking and arrival with a grocery store two streets away. Quiet and family-friendly urbanization that you feel safe and comfortable. It has front garden, back and terrace to enjoy. 100% recommended

Amazing the location in which the apartment is located!! Super close to the beach. Everything was very clean and the deal with Francisco was incredible, every question or thing we needed was there to solve or help. A ten as a host I wish I could always match people like that In our case we were with two dogs and they were great because it has a back patio. By the way with views of the beach that is awesome I recommend it 100%.

Our stay was excellent. The host was very friendly, available and flexible. He left us very clear instructions for check-in, which made everything very easy. The accommodation was perfectly located, very clean, well organized and equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable from the very first moment. I recommend this place with pleasure and without hesitation!

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

We loved staying in the beautiful, spacious, very well-equipped house with a great pool and fireplace. The proximity to the beach and shopping is ideal. We felt very comfortable and very well looked after by Beatriz.

Just like the photos, to mention one drawback, the spiral staircase with the suitcases, otherwise everything was outstanding

The apartment was great for us as a family! There were three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The direct access to the garden was also perfect! Everything was clean and the communication with Antonio was great. A parking space was available. Unfortunately, the pool is only open from June, so we could not use it. But access to the sea was perfect in 5 minutes and the beach is fantastic and natural. An enchanting place to unwind and enjoy tranquility.

We had an absolutely fantastic week in La Barrosa, made even more special thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Agueda and Carlos. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed – including extra touches that made a real difference, especially for our children. The apartment was spotless and well-prepared, with welcome items like breakfast essentials, drinks, and toiletries so we didn’t have to rush out to the supermarket. Agueda gave us a warm, personal welcome and took the time to explain everything, which made settling in effortless. Thank you so much – we would return without a doubt!

Spectacular house, it had everything you needed, super clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, it had a lot of interesting places nearby. Susana was super friendly and helpful, and made everything easy for us. I would definitely come back.

We stayed a group of friends for a week and the stay was excellent. The location to port sherry is a few minutes away, allowing us to walk smoothly. We were impressed by all the details that the house had, toilet paper, bath and pool towels, oil, coffee, champu… it was not missing detail. We really liked that it was so equipped. Susana was very nice and was attentive to us on anything we need.

My wife and I spent a few weeks on vacation in Juan Simon’s apartment with our two little kids. The space is spectacular, with a huge outdoor balcony with incredible ocean views. The apartment is well-furnished, with comfortable furniture and sufficient space for a family of four. The community is great, with beautiful green space and a pool. The garage parking is very convenient, and the apartment has numerous great restaurants, the beach, and the Rota town center within walking distance. Juan Simon is an outstanding host, very responsive and helpful during our entire stay. When visiting Rota again, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rota. Muchas gracias Juan y un abrazo!

Everything was perfect!! The place is great, everything was spotless and an unbeatable location. We had a great time and will do it again. Very well located house a few meters from a family beach, the house meets what is necessary although some aspects to improve so that everything is 5 stars. 5 star Jesus both in communication and in treatment, good directions to go to eat and get to know the surroundings.

We had a few days, but everything was kind from Alberto. The perfect communication, before check-in and during the stay. The incredible living room. Clean, comfortable, quiet area, close to the sea. Albero is a great host. We will definitely repeat 100%.
