A very nice modern studio house in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach. Inside is very modern and the shower is one of the best I have ever had. For the size of house there is a large walled garden which was ideal for the dog to run around in. It was a very comfortable stay.

A beach paradise! If you want to relax in nature, this is the perfect place. It feels totally secluded but there are grocery stores and restaurants just 10 minutes away by car. The house is very special. It’s located right on the beach, totally private, and the sunset are spectacular! The way it’s decorated is also very comfortable with everything you need. If you have a dog: sand has built up over the side of the fence facing the beach so your dog can just walk right out. The other 3 sides of the property are secure. I 100% recommend the house but if it’s raining, you might have the water enter the house from the front door and sliding doors. We were able to clean it up with a mop and towels but wanted to mention that it’s a rustic experience.

Unbeatable house two blocks from the beach, the house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy a few days in all comfort and without having to worry about anything, we were a few friends and we were very comfortable. Beatriz was attentive all the time that we were comfortable and that there was no problem, we will definitely come back. Exceptional parking and arrival with a grocery store two streets away. Quiet and family-friendly urbanization that you feel safe and comfortable. It has front garden, back and terrace to enjoy. 100% recommended

Amazing the location in which the apartment is located!! Super close to the beach. Everything was very clean and the deal with Francisco was incredible, every question or thing we needed was there to solve or help. A ten as a host I wish I could always match people like that In our case we were with two dogs and they were great because it has a back patio. By the way with views of the beach that is awesome I recommend it 100%.

Our stay was excellent. The host was very friendly, available and flexible. He left us very clear instructions for check-in, which made everything very easy. The accommodation was perfectly located, very clean, well organized and equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable from the very first moment. I recommend this place with pleasure and without hesitation!

We have spent a few spectacular days,the house is exactly as in the photos,we were with two dogs and they have enjoyed very much x the garden so large and the best of everything completely fenced,the attention of the host is unbeatable...the house is in a very quiet area but very close to everything,in ten minutes you are on the beach and shops,and the pine forest is next to it is perfect to walk.... we will be back soon....

Perfect accommodation, the house is amazing, clean, new, very well equipped and on top of that Beatriz is a very good host, attentive to us at all times. The terrace and pool are the best part of the house.

Just like the photos, to mention one drawback, the spiral staircase with the suitcases, otherwise everything was outstanding

Spectacular house, it had everything you needed, super clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, it had a lot of interesting places nearby. Susana was super friendly and helpful, and made everything easy for us. I would definitely come back.

We stayed a group of friends for a week and the stay was excellent. The location to port sherry is a few minutes away, allowing us to walk smoothly. We were impressed by all the details that the house had, toilet paper, bath and pool towels, oil, coffee, champu… it was not missing detail. We really liked that it was so equipped. Susana was very nice and was attentive to us on anything we need.

Rosa’s place has all the amenities you need and a well-appointed unit only steps from the beach and situated on a beautiful property. From Rosa’s, you can walk anywhere in the city and see the sites. The surrounding cities are easily accessible and each of their own treasures — Cádiz and Gibraltar are historically significant. Rosa made us feel at home and provided a useful list of dining and sightseeing options that we enjoyed. I look forward to staying again.

This home is perfectly equipped - has all conveniences and is in a beautiful location. Everything we needed and every question we had - our host responded immediately. We will come back to Conil and would definitely stay here again.

The house is in an absolute dream location, is flooded with light and equipped with everything you need. Also for longer stays. In total, we spent 7 weeks here. And although we were not so lucky with the weather (severe storm and heavy rain in March) we felt safe and comfortable at all times. It is one of the few houses in the region with central heating, which also works great. Communication with Jeroen was excellent. He was able to help us quickly and reliably with all our concerns. We couldn't have made a better choice. We really enjoyed every second in this house. We would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

Good communication with Jaime, the apartment is very nice and in very good condition. We'll be back!!

Everything was perfect!! The place is great, everything was spotless and an unbeatable location. We had a great time and will do it again. Thank you in particular Irina, who is charming, responded immediately to all our doubts and even approached the house to explain the operation of the air conditioner to us.

Very well located house a few meters from a family beach, the house meets what is necessary although some aspects to improve so that everything is 5 stars. 5 star Jesus both in communication and in treatment, good directions to go to eat and get to know the surroundings.

A fantastic place to be like at home with family and friends, close to the beach and quiet.
