Karsten's apartment is a fantastic design with an excellent view over the Herz-Jesu-Kirche across the street. Suited to accommodate a couple or solo traveler, it is also in an excellent location within walking distance to all of the sights within the old town area, as well as restaurants, shopping, the Koblenz Stadtmitte and Koblenz Hauptbahnhof train stations. I met Tobias to get the key to the apartment and, for older folks like me, there are no steps to get into or with the apartment. The washer and dryer were particularly appreciated, along with the dishwasher and extra large shower. I was in Koblenz in mid-November and I will note that the apartment stays on the cooler side, so prepare accordingly. On this particular trip across Eastern Europe, I stayed in 11 AirBnBs and the bed in Karsten's apartment wins as most comfortable! I highly recommend Karsten's place!

The apartment is mega beautiful and very clean. It is spacious and offers many opportunities to relax ( e.g. hot tub/ sauna). Above all, the view was amazing ! The communication with the homeowners went smoothly and our satisfaction was taken care of. thank you.

Nalan's apartment is located directly on the Rhine with a terrace to the river, a place full of charm and tranquility. The view over the gently flowing river while eating and the quiet hustle and bustle of the boats at dusk create a magical atmosphere. You can feel Nalan's loving handwriting in every detail – from the carefully selected paintings to the inspiring books. The modern equipment leaves nothing to be desired and makes you feel at home. A beautiful place to stay, quiet and fantastically located. Nevertheless, central and easily accessible. Everything was as described and very clean and neat. The hosts Jutta and her husband were very accommodating hosts and had a great excursion tip for everything you want. Thank you very much for a great time.

Friendly hosts, hassle-free check in and check out. Parking is right at your doorstep. 20 m away very good restaurant. The apartment is well equipped with a huge TV (with Sky) in the living room and a spacious shower. All in all, my stay was very pleasant and quiet. I'd love to come again.

We had wonderful days in the nice appartment. The view from the large balcony is great and the residential area there is very quiet. Nevertheless, you are in the city center within a few minutes by bike. We were able to safely store our bikes in a garage with charging facilities for e-bikes. We had our own car parking space right outside.

We were received very hospitally by Margit. Everything was complete in the house, there were even food bowls and towels for the dog. Margit also sent some nice locations to be able to walk the dog. We have enjoyed the lovely large and fenced garden. Hiked to the baker every morning, and also in the village there are several restaurants to eat. And there were several larger villages/towns within a short car distance. We thought it was a perfect holiday.

Lieber Christian I felt very comfortable with you right from the beginning. I received many travel tips right at check in - I loved that. Very nice was that I was allowed to put my bike in the back garden! Not far from the property there were shopping opportunities, which could be easily reached on foot. In front of the house there was a bus stop to the city. But I then decided to walk into town, about 30 minutes to the German corner in Koblenz, belonged to my day fitness. I am a large bathtub fan, which particularly appealed to me at your apartment. On vacation you like to do something good, relaxing, why not a relaxing bath in your bathtub. I also felt it was a fair value for money at your place. For me, it's not just around the corner, but if I were in Koblenz again, I'll see if you happen to find the apartment free!
