Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The one-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor in the former sauna house right at the entrance to the Lammer Valley. You can reach the Lammertal virgin forest in less than an hour and you can take many more hikes directly from the house. For cross-country skiers, a 10 km long cross-country trail awaits just 100 meters away. Even though our house is a little older, it is powered by 100% renewable energy. We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

The stay with Thomas and Thomas was beyond amazing. They were both extremely welcoming and always responsive to any question we have. They truly make the place2be feel like home and we were happy to call it that for the past few days. The location is in a small quiet town with a great supermarket down the street. There are many lakes and hikes just a short distance from their home which made this stay even better. Thank you to the both of you for providing us a great home that we were able to relax and enjoy our time spent there. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and if you have any questions just reach out to either of them and they will provide you with all the help or questions you may have!

Even though we only had two days, our stay was really worth it. Barbara was a very good host and explained everything in detail remotely explained. The apartment handover by her daughter also worked out great. The house itself was as described and is fantastically only a few minutes away by bike from Chiemsee in a small village on the edge of the forest. Ideal for people looking for peace or by bike/walking the beautiful area. We will remember this weekend for a long time!

Christina was a fantastic host. Super nice and very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a fantastic area. Directly nearby their small creek with a little pond fantastic for children to play in the water within walking distance free time recreational park with a climbing tower with a naturals swimming pool, tennis court, football field and a restaurant. Also Christina’s horse stable. There are a few good hiking options starting from the doorstep – we recommend the Gartl Waterfall. And there are plenty of nice excursions with the car. The house itself is in the process of being renovated is in a fantastic conditions and with a clear night sky you can see as many stars as there are. Overall fantastic location for families with small children
