Vacation rentals in Sandy Point

we've stayed at many amazing airbnb's around the world and this one tops list. the property is so special. it's private, lush and tropical. with so many cute spots to hang out and have breakfast or a beer, or a game of cards or a dip in the beautiful pool. Mango the donkey is a huge highlight. Such a sweet girl who we already miss dearly. Their rescue dogs are such good girls too. Especially Luna and Mouse. They helped fill the void of our dogs we missed back home. Gaby was outside every morning taking such great care of the property. it's spotless clean, inside and out. rachel was so helpful. we would absolutely love to stay here again. the Island itself is so special. it's for those looking to explore off the beaten path who enjoy quite sunsets, and beautiful quite beaches without the need for smoke and mirrors of fancy restaurants and dressy nights out. Definitely recommend going to Parrot ice for icecream ( all made fresh and homemade), and my Dee's on Friday night for the BBQ.

We enjoyed our stay at oscars place. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but if you plan on renting a car and visiting multiple beaches like we did, the location is very central - while still giving you a great view of grace bay. We also felt very safe here, there was always security at night and the units were gated. Oscar was also very responsive and offered helpful suggestions for things to do. The only thing I would suggest is that the unit include a sturdier beach umbrella and foldable beach chairs. Otherwise, everything was as described.

This place was so beautiful! Terri was kind enough to recommend local places & was responsive when we needed help. Most things are in Grace Bay so rent a car, as taxis do get expensive.

My stay at 3 Mary cay was everything we expected and more. You don't come across A place like this often , the beach was amazing and only steps away from the villas , this place really is special. I'll def visit again. As always nice north Caicos never disappoints.

We had a lovely stay here. It was a beautiful house that felt cozy and safe. We had access to wifi and there was good air conditioning in the bedrooms. The surrounding gardens were also beautiful, and lit up at night. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive prior to our stay and upon arrival. It was a perfect location if you're visiting North and Middle Caicos. I would highly recommend staying here.

John as an extension of Marilyn was at the ferry dock when we arrived and led us directly to the house. He was always willing to do whatever was needed. I would definately stay at this location if staying on island again.

It was refreshing to stay at a location that was everything advertised and then some. The amenities provided made exploration and relaxation at beaches very easy. The host was responsive and proactive in sharing things to do. The space was clean and decorated well without clutter. Labels and signs made getting used to the space easy and there were plenty of towels and necessary items to ensure we could focus on the vacation and not stocking up on toilet paper and paper towels. Having the kitchen was great for quick meals, reheating leftovers, and preparing for the day. Parking was abundant and there was plenty walkable including a beach if you were up for it. Commuting by car was also easy being pretty centrally located, everything was 5-15 mins away. The host made it though, so responsive and kind. Very happy we found this listing and would book again 100%

We loved our stay at Keith’s place in North Caicos! Just as he describes it is remote and off the beaten path which was exactly the experience we were looking for. We split our trip between North Caicos privacy and Provo business and it was the best of both worlds. The house is brand new and has everything you’d need. The beds are extremely comfortable. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and never felt cramped. Our group had several unexpected things come up and Ricola (property manager) and her local contacts were able to help quickly. Recommendations: make sure you have whats app for easier local communication, read Keiths guide and tell your whole party to as well ahead of the trip, use Uncle Sam for airport to ferry transportation, plan meals and shop at the IGA or similar grocery in Provo before you get to North Caicos, book rental car through Al’s far in advance (their vehicles are very worn in beachmobiles but reliable), get ready for true nature immersion relaxation ✌🏼
