The apartment is located within walking distance of hiking and biking trails. The one bedroom studio is located on the second floor of a historic building which once was the town post office. It's been newly renovated and is walking distance to several restaurants, shops, historic landmarks and a 2 minute drive to the famous boardwalk beach. The studio has a queen bed, 1 bathroom and full kitchen.

National Seashore Escape

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

Apartment is centrally located on Cape Cod in Centerville and complies with all local, state and federal laws. Living room has 50" HDTV w/cable, couch & full kitchen. Bedroom has a queen bed with quality linens & towels & 27" TV w/cable. Also includes town beach pass for free parking, beach chairs, & towels, umbrella, cooler, propane grill on patio and washer & dryer too. Privacy fence and an abundance of beautiful plants!

Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.
